Fourth, strict fire prevention management of ground buildings (structures). In view of the frequent occurrence of fire accidents in winter, local governments are urged to organize relevant departments to immediately organize and carry out full coverage fire prevention checks on mine wellhead rooms, joint buildings centered on wellheads, and ground buildings near air intake wellheads, set fire doors, fire fighting equipment and smoke alarm devices in strict accordance with regulations, and set safety exit signs; Effective measures should be taken to prevent fireworks from being introduced into the well for buildings connected with the well head, such as joint buildings. No fireworks are allowed within 20 meters near the wellhead room and the ventilation room, and no illegal overlapping electric heating is allowed.

Fifth, strengthen fire risk monitoring and early warning.
