Textile green production equipment key project

Focus on the development of bio-based fiber, biodegradable fiber, renewable fiber and other chemical fiber production machinery, green printing and dyeing equipment and textile equipment energy management system, to promote the replacement of fossil resources, reduce water consumption and pollution, the development of circular economy, promote the green development of textiles, and promote the construction of a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society.

Chemical fiber machinery: The development of large capacity new solvent cellulose fiber equipment and new ionic liquid solvent cellulose fiber equipment, polylactic acid and biodegradable polyester fiber equipment, the development of high efficiency and high yield scraper film evaporation technology, waste polyester textile chemical continuous regeneration technology; Develop the technology and equipment for efficient recycling and preparation of waste polyester fiber and textile, and build a large-scale production line for recycled fiber.

Weaving and preparation machinery: high efficiency and energy saving water jet loom

Printing and dyeing machinery: break through the key technology of continuous printing and dyeing complete sets of knitwear and polyester fabrics, and further develop the single equipment such as high-precision circular screen/flat screen printing machine, high-speed full-width nozzle digital inkjet printing machine, and energy-saving tenter setting machine.
