Application scenarios and selection suggestions

(1) Core application areas

General industrial scenarios: conveyors, mixing equipment, lathes, etc., utilizing the high starting torque and high-precision speed regulation of SLV mode to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Fluid control scenarios: fans, blowers, pumps, etc., achieve precise adjustment of flow and pressure through V/Hz mode and PID control, with significant energy-saving effects.

Civilian and Small Industries: Small machinery, air conditioning fans, and small pumps, utilizing the compact size and easy configuration characteristics of low-power models to reduce installation and maintenance costs.

Equipment upgrade scenario: Replace old frequency converters or AC contactors to improve equipment automation level and energy-saving efficiency.

(2) Key points of selection

Power and voltage matching: Select the corresponding model based on the rated power and voltage of the motor. 230V level is suitable for civilian/small industrial use, and 460V level is suitable for medium and large industrial equipment.

Control mode selection: Select V/Hz mode for general scenarios, SLV mode for heavy-duty/high-precision scenarios, and PMSLV mode for permanent magnet motor drive.

Installation environment adaptation: For indoor dust-free environments, the standard model is directly selected. For dusty environments, dust-proof stickers are required. For special protection requirements, the NEMA 1 kit can be upgraded.

Functional expansion requirements: PID function needs to be confirmed for closed-loop control, communication interface needs to be considered for remote monitoring, and parameter replication units need to be selected for unified configuration of multiple devices.
