The product, with its compact size, can directly retrofit or replace old frequency converters, covering the full range of requirements from simple constant speed control to permanent magnet motor drive. It not only meets the basic speed regulation needs of civil and small industries, but also adapts to high-precision control scenarios of medium and large industrial equipment. Its core value lies in providing stable, efficient, and energy-saving speed regulation solutions for various motor driven equipment such as conveyors, pumps, and fans through a triple control mode, built-in PLC and PID functions, fast I/O response, and multiple safety protections. Power coverage range:

230V level: 0.5-40 HP, supports 1-phase/3-phase input (0.5-3 HP is universal for 1-phase/3-phase, 5-40 HP is dedicated for 3-phase).

460V level: 1-75 HP, only supports 3-phase input, suitable for medium and large industrial motors.

Input voltage and frequency:

230V level: Input voltage 200-240VAC (+10%/-15%), frequency 50/60Hz.

460V level: Input voltage 380-480VAC (+10%/-15%), frequency 50/60Hz.

Control mode: Three core modes, adapted to different precision requirements:

V/Hz mode: basic speed regulation, suitable for general scenarios such as ordinary fans and pumps.

Sensorless vector (SLV) mode: high-precision speed regulation, 150%/1Hz starting torque, suitable for heavy-duty starting scenarios (such as conveyors and lathes).

Permanent magnet sensorless vector (PMSLV) mode: optimized for permanent magnet motors, energy-saving and efficient, suitable for high-efficiency motor driving scenarios.

Frequency and speed regulation characteristics:

Frequency range: 0-599Hz, supports wide range speed adjustment.

Frequency accuracy: digital input 0.01Hz, analog input 0.1%, high adjustment accuracy.

Speed ratio: 50:1, with strong stability during low-speed operation.

Carrier frequency: 1-16kHz (adjustable), can be optimized according to motor characteristics and noise requirements.

Protection level: IP20/NEMA 1, suitable for indoor dust-free environments, standard NEMA 1 conduit kit.

Certification qualifications: Compliant with IEC 60018-2-78, UL, cUL, CE, RoHS standards, globally recognized.

Low power models (such as 0.5-3 HP): Size 7.43 x 3.57 x 5.96 inches, weight 3.5-3.8 lbs, compact size, saves installation space.

Detailed explanation of core functional features

(1) Control and regulation functions

1. Flexible control logic configuration

Built in PLC function: supports simple logic programming, can replace small PLCs to achieve linkage control such as motor start stop and speed switching, reducing the cost of external controller configuration.

PID process control loop: designed specifically for closed-loop control scenarios, with core features including:

Support sleep mode, energy-saving and consumption reducing.

Compatible with 0-10VDC or 4-20mA feedback signals, suitable for pressure, flow and other sensors.

Equipped with feedback loss or tracking detection function to ensure control stability.

Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR): Real time monitoring of input voltage fluctuations, automatic adjustment of output voltage, ensuring stable motor operating parameters, and resisting the impact of grid voltage fluctuations.

2. Speed and frequency regulation

Multi mode frequency setting: supports keyboard potentiometers, external terminal input, 0-10VDC/4-20mA analog signals, pulse input, up and down key adjustment, and other modes to adapt to different control scenarios.

Acceleration and deceleration optimization:

Two independent acceleration and deceleration time settings (0-3600 seconds) can be adapted to different operating conditions.

Support jog acceleration and deceleration configuration and S-shaped slope to avoid start stop impact and protect equipment and loads.

V/Hz Curve Customization: Provides 18 preset V/Hz curves, and supports user-defined curves to optimize torque output based on motor type (such as asynchronous motor, permanent magnet motor) and load characteristics (constant torque, variable torque).
