Cable management system: comprehensive advantages beyond conduits

As a leader in cable management, the B-Line series cable tray system has significant advantages over traditional conduits: design flexibility, ease of maintenance, scalability, and lower total installation costs.

1. NEMA cable tray system

Suitable for various environments ranging from light commercial to heavy industrial use, we offer a variety of material options including stainless steel, fiberglass, hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum, and pre galvanized steel to meet the requirements of corrosive environments and high mechanical strength.

2. Metric Cable Ladder (MCL)

Compliant with IEC standards, designed specifically for heavy-duty industrial environments. Its structural optimization reduces the number of structural steel supports, significantly reducing engineering complexity and project costs.

3. High Performance Cable Ladder (HPL)

Adopting the lightweight and high-strength design proposed in the patent application, it is particularly suitable for offshore platforms and modular projects. Its excellent strength to weight ratio ensures load capacity while effectively controlling project weight budget.

4. Flexray flexible metal mesh basket

On site cutting and bending are available, with strong adaptability, combining the advantages of strength, lightweight, and depth to achieve fast and economical cable laying. Installation personnel can adjust the wiring path according to on-site requirements, greatly improving construction flexibility.

5. KwikSplice cable channel

The innovative dovetail groove splicing design simplifies the installation process, improves versatility, and accelerates construction progress. Suitable for lightweight cable support and can replace conduits in various industrial and commercial applications.

6. KwikRail cable tray

The I-beam side rail splicing fixing groove is adopted, and the installation personnel can easily guide and clip in the splicing piece, with only 2 bolts needed to complete the fixation. This design has obtained UL certification as an electrical grounding conductor while maintaining structural integrity.

7. Cable Bus

A customizable enclosed distribution system designed for high-capacity loads with voltages ranging from 600-35000V and currents ranging from 800-6000A. As an ideal hybrid solution between cable trays and bus ducts, it provides excellent cable support and isolation for high-power transmission, and has high customization capabilities.

1. Strut Systems

2. Conduit Trapez Support Systems

The unique Z-shaped design saves up to 50% of installation time compared to traditional support systems. Support the installation of various sizes and types of conduits, MC/AC cables, cable trays, electrical boxes, and other accessories.

3. Fasteners

The tested solution is suitable for rapid installation of conduits, cables, junction boxes, and lighting fixtures, significantly accelerating the construction progress during the rough installation phase.

4. Pipe Hangers

Made of carbon steel or stainless steel, providing multiple surface treatment options. From indoor commercial buildings to highly corrosive industrial environments, all products comply with or exceed MSS and federal regulations, and multiple products have UL and FM certifications.

5. Seismic Bracing

The TOLCO seismic support solution is designed specifically for mechanical, electrical, piping, and fire protection applications. Provide two options: rigid support and flexible steel cables, meeting UL, FM, and HCAI standards. The engineering team can assist in designing seismic support schemes that comply with regulatory requirements.

6. Snap'N Shield Solution

Can be inserted into the support system or pipeline hanger to prevent damage to the insulation layer and pipeline, avoiding expensive leakage problems. At the same time, this design allows for natural shrinkage and expansion of pipelines and insulation layers, eliminating displacement hazards.

7. Roof support system (Dura Block)

Made of 100% recycled rubber, used to support electrical, mechanical, and communication equipment. Its soft composite structure is friendly to the roof surface and does not require additional rubber gaskets.

8. Server Racks and Runways

We provide steel and aluminum equipment racks, cable runways, and complete cable management accessories, suitable for network rooms, server rooms, hosted data centers, and enterprise data centers.

Installation solution for chassis and electricity meter

1. NEMA electrical chassis

Reliable power supply relies on high-quality environmental protection. The B-Line series chassis offers multiple protection level options such as NEMA Type 1, 3/3R, 12/13, 4, and 4X. The product line includes standard chassis, junction boxes, non-metallic chassis, operator interface chassis, isolation switch chassis, climate control equipment, and various accessories.

2. Cable trays and wiring ducts

Provide NEMA Type 1, 3R, 12, and 4X cables and cable management solutions, including Quick Connect ™  There are various options including hinge cover, screw cover, wiring groove, embedded wire groove, through and detachable cover wiring groove, etc.

3. Electricity meter installation solution

Including solutions recognized by public utility departments, suitable for scenarios such as single family homes, multi family apartments, and office buildings. The products include busbars, commercial meter bases, current transformer metering, group metering, meter circuit breakers, various accessories, and single meter sockets.

4. Modify the chassis

For special chassis requirements, the B-Line series provides rapid modification services, significantly reducing delivery cycles.
