With the continuous development of various works, the project department has established a civilized construction responsibility system for each construction position, from dust and noise reduction to energy saving and emission reduction, from rational use of the site to the completion of the work, from the establishment of various reward and punishment systems to inspection and evaluation, the responsibility is clear, and a complete and mature responsibility mechanism has been formed to promote the standardization, standardization and scientific construction management of construction civilization.

In 2017, under the background of the "blue Sky Action" carried out by the state, the environmental protection department of Huainan City also made great efforts to rectify environmental pollution.
