3.4 Torque Limitation for Piston Rod Eye Installation

During initial installation, excessive rotation of the piston rod eye is not allowed. If the installation position is not correct, it is allowed to first rotate the rod eye to the bottom with a maximum torque of 2 Nm, and then rotate it outward for up to half a turn. This restriction ensures the reliability and sealing of threaded connections.

Product selection code and configuration detailed explanation

The model of LA23 is defined by a series of codes, and users can choose one by one according to their needs. The code structure and meaning are as follows:

Example: 23 6 1 0 0 1 0 00 250 A 4

23:LA23 type.

6: Screw pitch (2=20mm, 3=3mm, 5=5mm, 6=6mm, 9=9mm, 0=12mm).

1: Back fixture. For example, 1=stainless steel with groove (6.1mm), aperture Ø 10.2mm. There are also options such as plastic material and different aperture sizes.

1: Rear end fixing component direction (1=90 °).

0: Piston rod eye. 0=with plastic liner Ø 10.2mm; 1=stainless steel Ø 10.2mm; 2=stainless steel Ø 12.3mm.

0: Security option. 0=None; 1=Push direction safety nut (applicable to pitch 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 20); 2=Pull direction safety nut (only pitch 6,9,12); 3=Mechanical spline without safety nut; 4=Mechanical spline belt safety nut.

1: Color. 1=Black (RAL 9005)+Aluminum outer tube; 2=Light gray (RAL 7035); 3=Black+Black outer tube.

00: Positioning options. 00=No positioning (only standard electrical terminal stop); 01=Potential free end stop signal; 03=Dual Hall PNP positioning; 1X=simulated position feedback (0-10V, etc.); 2X=analog feedback+free end stop; 3X=PWM feedback; 50=IC (Integrated Controller) without positioning; 52=IC single Hall positioning; 6X=IC analog feedback.

250: Travel length (mm), between 20-500, with 1mm steps.

A: Motor type. A=12V; B=24V。

4: Protection level. 4=IPX4; 6=IPX6。

Note: Cables and wire locks need to be ordered separately. If plastic bushings are not installed on the piston rod eyes or rear end fasteners, noise may be generated.


Positioning and Feedback Options

LA23 provides multiple position feedback solutions to meet the needs of different control systems:

The voltage range for analog feedback can be selected from 0-10V, 2-8V, 0.5-4.5V, 0-3.3V, 0.3-3V, etc. PWM feedback can be selected with a duty cycle of 10-90% or 0-80%. The IC version has built-in control electronics, which can achieve advanced functions such as soft stop and self-locking.

Tolerance for current and speed: ± 20% for 12V version current, ± 10% for speed; The 24V version has a current of ± 10% and a speed of ± 10%. All data were measured in a stable power supply environment at 20 ° C.

6.3 Selection of safety nuts and rear end fasteners

When the load is high or it is necessary to prevent falling, safety nuts and suitable rear end fasteners should be provided:

For tensile loads, steel rear end fasteners must be used, as plastic parts have insufficient strength.

6.4 Self locking ability
