(1) DC Controls

D2403 controller

Application scenario: Suitable for positioning applications that require simple linear telescopic motion and variable speed control. It can linearly move contours by inputting activation commands and has simple interfaces with external devices such as PLCs and I/O cards.

Core parameters

Power requirements: 105-125 VAC or 208-245 VAC, 50/60 Hz, maximum current of 2 A and 1 A respectively.

Motor output: 0-28 VDC, maximum 10 A (adjustable current trip 0-10 A), motor rated continuous 4.5 A, peak 10 A.

Input/output: 6 optocoupler inputs, 4 open collector outputs, support DIP switch programming.

Speed range: 15:1 variable speed range, PWM frequency 2000 Hz.

Functional features: It has an adjustable delay function of 0-20 seconds, configurable delay start conditions, and supports remote speed potentiometer options (MOD300).

D2502B controller

Application scenario: As an analog position controller, it accepts analog voltage or current command inputs and works with an electric cylinder containing a linear potentiometer (- L option) to form a closed-loop linear positioning system.

Motor output: 0-28 VDC, maximum 5 A (adjustable clamp 0-5 A).

Input and output: Supports three remote analog command signals: 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, and 4-20 mA, with stop and disable inputs, as well as stall output.

Adjustment function: Ten potentiometers are used to optimize system response, including current sensing, speed setting, travel limit, etc.

(2) Servo Controls

B8961/B8962 Brushless Servo Intelligent Drive

Application scenarios: Suitable for TN-B and TC2,3,4,5-B precision linear actuators, rodless linear actuators, and linear slide tables/systems, supporting simultaneous control of position, speed, and force/torque, suitable for applications such as clamping, pressing, drilling, and automatic fastening.

Core parameters

Power input: 90-240 VAC single-phase, 50/60 Hz, B8961 maximum 1150 VA (115 VAC), B8962 power doubled.

Motor output: 5 A continuous, 10 A peak, supports differential orthogonal incremental encoder input (maximum 2 MHz).

Storage and programming: 6K memory (optional 30K), supporting 199 (optional 400) user programs, with functions such as user scaling, mathematics, and conditional branching.

I/O configuration: Supports OPTO-22 (G4) digital module and Grayhill (G5) analog and temperature module, with 8 bidirectional optically isolated I/O positions.

Functional features: Supports multi axis immediate control, linear interpolation, registration functions, built-in operator interface and diagnostic output, and provides application development software.
