GE IS200ECTBG2A Exciter Contact Terminal Board

GE IS200ECTBG2A Exciter Contact Terminal Board

Part Number IS200ECTBG2A Manufacturer General Electric Country of Manufacture As Per GE Manufacturing Policy Series EX 2100e Function Module Availability In StockIS200ECTBG2A is an Exciter Contact Terminal Board manufactured by General Electric as part of the EX2100 series used in the Excitation control system. The EX2100 Excitation Control's excitation contact outputs and inputs are supported by the IS200ECTB terminal board.

There are two variations; the ECTBG1 board is exclusively used in redundant control while the ECTBG2 board is exclusively used in simplex control. Two trip outputs on each board are used to drive a customer lockout that is managed by the EMIO board. Additionally, the EMIO board is in charge of four general-purpose Form-C contact outputs. The ECTB monitors and powers (wets) six auxiliary contact inputs with 70 V dc. Additionally, 70 V dc is used to power and monitor the 52G and 86G contact inputs. Both the M1 and M2 controllers supply electricity to the redundant control.

RELAY CONTROL AND FEEDBACK: Trip Relay Outputs (Simplex/Redundant): Two trip relays that are often utilized as customer lockout drivers are controlled by ECTBG2, which is driven by the EMIO in M1. The M1 controller supplies 24 V dc to the relay drivers. One relay driving two parallel normally closed contacts is used to drive each customer lockout. Relays K1M1 and K2M1 are identified on the board by those letters. The three inputs drive three relays to operate ECTBG1's redundant control system, which controls a voting circuit with two out of three contacts. think about the earlier figure redundancy of the ECTBG1 Terminal Board. GENERAL PURPOSE RELAY OUTPUTS (Simplex/Redundant): Four general-purpose relay outputs are managed by ECTBG2.

The M1 controller supplies 24 V dc to the relay drivers. Each relay output is of the Form-C variety and has common, normally open, and normally closed terminals. These terminals are wired with customer power, which is typically 125 V dc. The relays are labeled K1GP, K2GP, K3GP, and K4GP on the board. The three inputs are voted into the relay driver, which powers the single coil, for redundancy functioning with ECTBG1. The following describes the relay characteristics: CONTACT INPUTS: In both the simplex and redundant scenarios, contact inputs are used similarly; however, for redundant control, the inputs are fanned to the M1, M2, and C controllers. Only the M1 controller is connected in simplex control.

ECTB operates and monitors six customer-supplied auxiliary contact inputs using 70 V dc from plugs. Resistor isolation and supply to the contacts are present in J13M1 and J13M2. A wetting voltage range of 63 to 84 V dc is possible. The contact's condition is being watched. A red LED is driven by the resulting signal, which also spreads out to M1, M2, and C. The 70 V dc excitation is used to monitor one contact from 52G in the same manner as the auxiliary inputs. An LED that is red indicates the state. A notional 70 V dc is used to moisten one contact on 86G as mentioned above. Controllers M1, M2, and C continuously check the contact's status. APPLICATION DATA: The 70 V dc excitation is used to monitor one contact from 52G in the same manner as the auxiliary inputs. An LED that is red indicates the state. A notional 70 V dc is used to moisten one contact on 86G as mentioned above. Controllers M1, M2, and C continuously check the contact's status.
