Its core relies on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, which achieves precise measurement based on the principle of infrared single line absorption spectroscopy:
Gas feature recognition: Each gas has a unique absorption line at a specific wavelength, and by accurately selecting the target absorption line, background gas cross interference can be avoided.
Signal detection and processing: Adopting an optical path design where the transmitter/receiver is directly installed, when the laser wavelength scans the target gas absorption line, the light intensity changes due to gas molecule absorption; At the same time, by using wavelength modulation technology (laser wavelength micro modulation), the detector signal is decomposed into harmonic components, and the second harmonic signal is finally extracted to calculate the concentration, which can offset the influence of linear changes (line widening effect).
