Description

Features

Continuous monitoring: It can continuously measure the dissolved gas and moisture content in transformer oil. The gases that can be monitored include hydrogen (H ₂), carbon monoxide (CO), acetylene (C ₂ H ₂), ethylene (C ₂ H ₄), etc. The moisture measurement range is 0-100% relative humidity.

Fault warning: By analyzing measurement data, potential faults inside the transformer can be detected early and warning signals can be issued.

Multiple communication interfaces: Supports multiple communication protocols, facilitates integration with other systems, and enables remote transmission and monitoring of data.

Data recording and analysis: With historical recording function, it can record gas levels, hourly trends, daily trend readings, etc. It can also perform periodic sensor testing, calibration, configuration, and self-test.

Alarm function: equipped with 5 dry contact outputs for gas and moisture high, high high, and fault alarms. Each contact has one normally open contact and one normally closed contact.

Technical Specifications

Working voltage: 80-260V AC ± 10%, 50-60Hz, upper limit 350VA.

Working temperature range: The oil at the valve is -50 ℃ to+55 ℃ (with heat sinks, the oil temperature of the high-temperature adapter reaches 105 ℃), and the surrounding environment is -50 ℃ to+55 ℃.

Protection level: NEMA 4X (IP 66).

Measurement accuracy: At a set point of 35 ℃, the moisture measurement accuracy is ± 2% relative humidity, and the gas measurement accuracy is ± 10% reading, ± 25% ppm (equivalent to hydrogen gas).

Response time: The response time of the moisture sensor is 5 minutes (90% of the step change), and the response time of the gas sensor is 10 minutes (90% of the step change).

Size: Approximately 254 × 210 × 229mm.

Compact appearance: no moving parts, low maintenance cost, supports asset performance management (APM) software analysis, and can achieve cluster level deployment.

Strong compatibility: Compatible with various transformer oils, including standard mineral insulating oils and natural and synthetic ester based liquids. It can also be easily integrated with Kelman multi gas DGA equipment and Multilin 845 protection and control relays.
