(I) Industrial automation production line

The IC670CHS001E plays a key role in the engine assembly line of an automotive manufacturing plant. The production line involves many types of equipment and sensors, and requires a large number of I/O points for data acquisition and control. The digital input module connects various kinds of limit switches and proximity switches through the carrier module, which is used to detect the position of parts and the operation status of equipment; the analogue input module is responsible for collecting the data from temperature sensors and pressure sensors to monitor the key process parameters in the engine assembly process. The carrier module closely connects these I/O modules with the CPU of the PLC to ensure fast data transmission and accurate processing. In the assembly process, when the sensor detects the assembly position deviation of a part, the data is rapidly transmitted to the CPU through IC670CHS001E, and the CPU sends control commands to the actuator through the carrier module after arithmetic processing to adjust the action of the assembly robot to ensure the accurate assembly of the engine and improve product quality and production efficiency. 


(II) Intelligent Warehousing and Logistics System

In the modern intelligent storage centre, IC670CHS001E is used to control and monitor all kinds of storage equipment. The digital output module controls the motor start-stop and steering of stacker cranes and conveyors through the carrier module to achieve automated handling and storage of goods. The analogue input module is connected to weight sensors, liquid level sensors and so on, which are used to monitor the load capacity of shelves, temperature and humidity in the warehouse and other environmental parameters. When the load capacity of the shelves is close to the upper limit, the control system will adjust the storage strategy of the goods through the data transmitted by the carrier module to avoid overloading of the shelves.

At the same time, according to the data from the temperature and humidity sensor, the control system can control the air conditioning and dehumidification equipment through the carrier module to maintain the appropriate environmental conditions in the warehouse to ensure the quality and safety of the goods. In addition, the intelligent diagnostic function of the carrier module can monitor the operating status of the warehouse equipment in real time, and once a fault is found, notify the maintenance personnel in time to reduce the equipment downtime and ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse logistics system.
