Application Scenarios

(I) Industrial automated production line

The GE IS220PAICH2A plays a key role in the automated production line of automotive parts manufacturing. In the welding process, the analogue input channel is connected to the welding current and voltage sensors to collect the electrical parameters in the welding process in real time. 

The component accurately transmits these parameters to the control system, which adjusts the output of the welding power supply through the analogue output channel according to the preset welding process parameters to ensure the stability of welding quality. In the assembly process, the position sensor transmits the position information of the parts to IS220PAICH2A through the analogue input channel, and the component processes the signal and transmits it to the control system, which then controls the action of the robot arm through the analogue output channel to achieve the precise assembly of the parts and improve the production efficiency and quality of products. 

(II) Intelligent Building Control System

In modern intelligent office buildings, IS220PAICH2A is used for precise control of building equipment. In the lighting system, the light intensity sensor is connected through the analogue input channel to collect the indoor light intensity in real time. Based on the collected data, the control system adjusts the brightness of the lighting fixtures through the analogue output channel to achieve the dual goals of energy saving and comfortable lighting. 

In the air-conditioning system, the temperature and humidity sensors transmit the indoor environmental parameters to the component through the analogue input channel, and the component then transmits the data to the control system, which controls the operation status of the air-conditioning unit through the analogue output channel to adjust the indoor temperature and humidity, providing a comfortable indoor environment for users.
