GE IS200TBAIS1C - TERM. BOARD ANALOG INPU
Part Number IS200TBAIS1C Manufacturer General Electric Country of Manufacture As Per GE Manufacturing Policy Series Mark VIe Function Module Availability In StockIS200TBAIS1C is a safety-certified Analog Input/Output terminal board. TBAI consists of 3 DC-37 pin connections for connecting to the I/O processors. A single connector is used to accommodate simplex applications (JR1). All three connectors are compatible with TMR applications.
The input signals for the R, S, and T controls are fanned to the three connections in TMR applications. TMR outputs aggregate the currents of the three connected output drivers and use a measuring shunt to calculate the overall current. The total current signal is then presented to the I/O processors for regulation to the requested setpoint. TBAIS1C is a safety-certified product. In the Mark VIeS SIS, YAIC does not support the 200 mA output option.
TMR applications can use the same terminal board. IS200TBAIS1C Installation The following analog I/O types can be accommodated by TBAI: Analog input, two-wire transmitter; Analog input, three-wire transmitter; Analog input, four-wire transmitter; 5 V, 10 V dc analog input 0-20 mA analog output 0-200 mA analog output IS200TBAIS1C Operation Each 24 V dc power output is rated for continuous output of 21 mA and is safeguarded against short circuit operation. The control system's 24 V dc supply can power the transmitters/transducers, or they can be powered separately. The JO jumper determines the current output type. Each output is monitored by diagnostics, and if a fault cannot be cleared by a command from the processor, a suicide relay in the I/O controller disconnects the relevant output. Physical Characteristics Fault detection Monitor total output current.
Check for hardware incompatibility using the connection ID chip. Temperature range -30C to 65C Dimensions 10.16 cm wide by 33.02 cm tall Diagnostics The I/O controller interrogates each cable connector on the terminal board for its individual ID device. The ID device is a read-only chip coded with the terminal board serial number, board type, revision number, and the JR, JS, JT connection location. A hardware incompatibility fault is issued when the I/O controller reads this chip and finds a mismatch. Configuration The following are the options for jumpers: Jumpers J1A through J8A allow you to choose between current and voltage input. Jumpers J1B to J8B determine whether the return is linked to common or not. Choose between 1 mA and 20 mA input current using jumpers J9A and J10A.Module manufactured by General Electric as part of the Mark VI/VIe Series used in gas turbine sppedtronic control systems
