The TSN 110 module acts as a gateway between the local automation system and remote service centers. It establishes a secure connection over Ethernet or an analog telephone line, allowing engineers to access the connected Lauer panel or controller as if they were on-site. The module supports both VPN and encrypted dial-up connections for secure data transmission.
The module includes a built-in event logger that records system events and errors, which can be remotely retrieved for analysis. It also supports automatic notification of service personnel via email or SMS in case of critical system faults. The module can operate in both master and slave modes.
Mount the module on a standard 35 mm DIN-rail inside the control cabinet. Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the terminal block. Connect the Ethernet port to the plant network and the RS-232 or RS-485 port to the Lauer panel or controller. Configure the network settings (IP address, subnet mask, gateway) using the built-in web server or through a setup terminal.
The module is configured through a web-based interface accessible via a standard browser. Users can set up VPN parameters, dial-up settings, and notification rules. The module supports both static and dynamic IP addresses, with DynDNS support for dynamic DNS resolution. Remote access is initiated from the service center using a dedicated client software.
The TSN 110 requires minimal maintenance. LED indicators on the front panel show power, network activity, and connection status. The module includes a self-test function that runs at power-up. Firmware updates can be performed remotely via the Ethernet port.
This module is compatible with all Lauer PCS, VPC, and EPC series devices. It can also be used with third-party systems that support Modbus RTU, allowing remote monitoring and control of various industrial equipment.
CE and RoHS compliant. Designed for industrial use in controlled environments.
Lauer provides a user manual, configuration guide, and remote access setup instructions. Technical support is available for network configuration and VPN setup.
The Lauer Tele Service TSN 110 Remote Service Module enables efficient remote diagnostics and support for industrial automation systems, reducing downtime and improving service response times.
