Jingjiang Customs took the initiative to contact Shanghai Customs and relevant functional departments, gave full play to the role of the Yangtze River Delta Customs coordination mechanism, strengthened communication and coordination with the port, logistics and other enterprises, solved the difficulties in the circulation of goods in a timely manner, accelerated the exchange of documents and delivery of goods, and promoted the timely delivery of goods in the factory.
When Jingjiang Customs visited enterprises, it was found that the problem of recording the manual of processing trade has been making enterprises anxious. Due to the long production cycle of ships, enterprises need to postpone the processing trade manual, and some even need to postpone twice. Through comprehensive assessment, Jingjiang Customs provides policy support for enterprises in the recording, extension and verification of processing trade manuals, greatly shortening the time for enterprises to handle relevant procedures, and can handle manual extension procedures without paying a deposit. "That's a lot of real money saved for companies!" New era shipbuilding general manager Liu Haijin said.
