Jiangsu Changshu new material Industrial Park

Jiangsu Changshu New Materials Industrial Park is located in the north of Changshu, near the Yangtze River, was founded in October 1999, in July 2001 by the people's government of Jiangsu Province approved "Jiangsu high-tech fluorine Chemical Industrial Park". Due to its distinctive industrial characteristics and advantages in the field of fluorine chemical industry, Jiangsu Changshu New Materials Industrial Park was named "China Fluorine Chemical Industrial Park" by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association in December 2006.

In July 2008, in order to further strengthen the development of the park and implement the national policy of vigorously developing new materials industry, with the consent of the Jiangsu Provincial government, the brand of "Jiangsu Changshu New Materials Industrial Park" was added, becoming the fourth largest economic sector in Changshu City, focusing on the development of new materials, fluorine chemical industry, fine chemical industry, biomedical and other industries.

Jiangsu Changshu New Material Industrial Park focuses on the development of fluorine material industry, and the industrial output value of fluorine material industry chain production enterprises accounts for more than 70% of the total output value of the park. The park has introduced 78 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Daikin of Japan, Arkema of France, Comus of the United States, Solvy of Belgium and Kwu Yu of Japan, including 68 enterprises above scale, with a total investment of more than 40 billion yuan, and has built Asia's largest fluorine material production and import and export base, which is the world's longest fluorine industrial chain and the highest concentration of fluorine materials industrial park.

The new materials Industrial Park focuses on the electronic fluorine material industry and continues to expand its advantages. From January to November 2022, the total output value of the cluster is 30.711 billion yuan, and the annual growth rate is expected to reach 45%. The cluster has always adhered to the concept of innovative development, with 51 national, provincial and other innovation centers or innovation platforms, and 287 effective invention patents. The park has been awarded the titles of "the first batch of Science and Technology Industrial Parks in Jiangsu Province", "Jiangsu Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base", and "National Smart Chemical Park Pilot Demonstration Unit".

As the first national-level "green chemical park" in southern Jiangsu, the New Materials Industrial Park attaches great importance to the efficient utilization of energy resources, increases the promotion of key energy-saving and environmental protection products and advanced technologies, and further promotes the upgrading of energy cascade utilization, waste heat and pressure utilization and steam condensate recycling. 2. Dongyue fluoro-silicon Material Industrial Park

Dongyue fluoro-silicon Material Industrial Park is located in Tangshan Town, Huantai County, Zibo City, Shandong Province. In September 2017, it was renamed "Zibo Dongyue Economic Development Zone" after the approval of the Ministry of Commerce.

Dongyue Fluoro-silicon Material Industrial Park was founded in 1987, creating an ecological industrial system with fluoro-silicon material industry as the leading industry and fine chemical industry as the organic combination. The park is the largest fluorine silicon material production base in Asia, and has mastered a large number of independent intellectual property rights in the fields of new environmental protection, new materials, and new energy, breaking a number of foreign technology monopolies, and its comprehensive strength ranks among the best in the industry. 3. Gaoqing Chemical Industry Park, formerly known as Gaoqing Taiwan Industrial Park, is located in the southeast of Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province. In August 2017, the Management Committee of Taiwan Industrial Park of Gaoqing County organized the preparation of the Overall Development Plan of Gaoqing Taiwan Industrial Park (2017-2030). 4. Zigong South Sichuan New Materials Chemical Industry Park

5. Quzhou Intelligent Building New City

Expand and strengthen key products such as fluorine-containing special monomers, fluorine-containing polymers, fluorine-containing fine chemicals, new-generation refrigerants, new-type fire extinguishing agents, high-performance silicone, integrated circuit grade wet electronic chemicals, high-purity electronic special gases, cobalt materials, ternary precursor and ternary cathode materials, electrolytes and additives, and special engineering plastic materials to achieve import substitution. To build a leading international and domestic advanced manufacturing cluster of new materials with significant industrial cluster benefits. In the fluoro-silicon new material industry, Zhizao New City is the only industrial park with fluoro-silicon linkage conditions in China, a national circular transformation demonstration pilot park, a national demonstration base for new industrialization industries, and a demonstration base for new fluoro-silicon materials in Zhejiang Province.

Zhizao New City is the fluorine chemical industry base with the most complete variety structure in China. 6. Sinochem Taicang Chemical Industry Park

Sinochem Taicang Chemical Industrial Park was established in May 2003, located in the Port Development Zone of Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. It belongs to Sinochem Group Corporation. The park covers an area of about 700 mu, with 1.5 kilometers of the Yangtze River coastline, close to the 10,000-ton petrochemical terminal, water, electricity, steam and other public engineering facilities in the park, built a complete supporting raw material tank farm and product packaging and shipping facilities, warehousing and transportation conditions are extremely convenient. In June 2008, Sinochem Taicang was integrated into the unified management of Sinochem Lantian Group Co., LTD., committed to the research and development, production and sales of HFC-134a, HFC-125 and other series of ODS (Ozone layer destroying substances) substitutes.
