Regular cleaning: Due to the fanless design, the heat dissipation fins of the shell are prone to dust accumulation. It is recommended to clean the side heat dissipation fins with compressed air every 6 months.
Battery replacement: The lifespan of the motherboard RTC battery (CR2032) is about 5 years. If the system time is frequently lost, the battery needs to be replaced (pay attention to anti-static measures).
Firmware upgrade: Follow ADLINK official website for BIOS updates, fix known issues, and enhance stability. Backup the current BIOS settings before upgrading.
Wide temperature application: If a -20 ° C cold start is required, it is necessary to use industrial grade mSATA (manual states "Cold boot at -20 ° C and operation at 60 ° C with industrial SSD"). Ordinary consumer grade storage may not be able to start at low temperatures.
