Fault 2: Abnormal tool overheating
Overheating does not necessarily indicate motor damage, it is usually caused by improper combination of multiple parameters. The document lists the following triggering factors:

The calibration value in the tool memory has been accidentally modified - check if someone has mistakenly changed the parameters while the POWER FOCUS is connected (the changes will be automatically stored in the tool EEPROM).
Poor contact of sensor bridge or cable - check if the 19 pin cable connector is loose (there should be no axial or radial movement after connection).
External interference (such as strong magnetic fields in welding equipment) - Ensure that tools are kept away from high noise sources such as arc welding.

Mandatory Electrical Safety and Grounding Inspection
4.1 Dual protection mechanism
Passive protection: The entire machine is grounded (including fixed fixtures that require an additional 2.5mm ² wire to be connected back to the driver).
