Product Overview: Revolutionary Breakthrough in Fully Insulated Design

The xEnergy Safety Ci distribution box is made of high-quality polycarbonate material, with full insulation properties and a protection level of up to IP65, which can effectively resist the invasion of dust, moisture, water splashes, and various corrosive chemicals. Its design philosophy stems from a profound understanding of extreme working conditions: whether it is the dust environment of steel plants or the frequent flushing scenarios of food processing plants, the Ci series can ensure absolute safety in power distribution.

The core advantage of this system lies in "total insulation" - an active protection mechanism that does not age and does not require maintenance. Unlike traditional grounding protection, total insulation eliminates the risk of contact voltage. Even if a tool accidentally slips and causes a short circuit, it will not conduct voltage to adjacent equipment or enclosures, greatly improving the safety of operators and systems.

Design of anti arc spring cover

The cover plate of the Ci distribution box adopts a four spring support structure. In the event of an internal arc fault, the cover plate can instantly slightly open to release pressure, and then automatically reset to ensure that the protective function is not lost. This design provides unparalleled operational safety in extreme short-circuit situations.


Modularity and Scalability

The system is designed based on a 25 mm grid and offers five standard sizes (Ci23, Ci43, Ci44, Ci45, Ci48) and four installation depths (125-279 mm). Asymmetric splicing can be achieved through flange extenders to flexibly adapt to space limitations. All modules use wedge-shaped insulated connectors, which can be assembled into multiple cabinets without the need for special tools.

Multi functional installation technology

Internally supports four installation methods: installation board, module guide rail, load-bearing guide rail, and busbar system. Micro perforated mounting plates can eliminate the drilling and tapping process, greatly improving the assembly efficiency of small components.

Busbar system SASY 60i

Integrated 60mm busbar system, supporting 3-5 pole configuration, with a maximum rated current of 630 A. The spacing between busbar brackets strictly follows the standard to ensure a short-circuit withstand capacity of up to 50 kA.

Shell type:

Standard distribution box: The bottom has double-sided openings for vertical incoming lines.

E-type independent cabinet: The side panel can be knocked off and supports incoming wires in any direction.

Cover options: Transparent smoke colored cover for easy visual inspection, non transparent cover available in RAL7035 color, supports cylindrical lock.
