China Daily, July 23 (Reporter Zhao Lei) In mid-July, "Ship to the Chinese dream of a new era of Ji Ji" China Shipbuilding Group Co., LTD. 2023 state-owned enterprise Open Day activities officially opened. The event was jointly sponsored by the Publicity Work Bureau of SASAC of The State Council and China State Shipbuilding Group, and was undertaken by China State Shipbuilding Group's China Shipbuilding Newspaper Office, Seven hundred, Guangship International, South China Shipbuilding Machinery, Huangpu Wenchong, and Yuanzhou Yinghui South Shipbuilding Company. About 40 journalists from central media and well-known network media were invited to visit the Seven hundred and one company located in Yichang, Hubei Province. Guangdong Guangzhou Ship International, South China Ship Machinery Subsidiary Company, Huangpu Wenchong, Yinghui South Shipbuilding, Guangzhou Company, visited ship red resources, and zero-distance contact and immersive interaction with ship people and ship technology, reflecting the determination and confidence of China Shipbuilding Group as a central enterprise to actively serve the national strategy and meet the local economic and social development on the new journey of the "14th Five-Year Plan". It also further highlights the military mission and central enterprise responsibility of China State Shipbuilding Group to promote high-quality development by "not forgetting the original intention and keeping the mission in mind" in the process of building a world-class ship group.

First stop: The Three Gorges Dam on the Yangtze River - the "air elevator" over the Three Gorges Dam

The first stop of China State Shipbuilding Group's 2023 state-owned Enterprise Open Day activity came to the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River and visited the Three Gorges ship lift, the "air elevator" tailored by Wuchang Shipbuilding of China State Shipbuilding Group for the Three Gorges Dam and the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Three Gorges ship lift is one of the permanent navigation equipment of Three Gorges water conservancy project, is the world's largest, the highest technical content, the most strict standard of vertical ship lift, is also the first pinion rack climbing nut screw type large ship lift in China.

In November 2010, Wuhan Company of China State Shipbuilding Group and China Three Gorges Corporation officially signed the Three Gorges ship lift main equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning project contract. The main equipment of the Three Gorges ship lift adopts the "1+6" bidding team model, that is, the Wuhan company is the general contractor, and the equipment is divided into the Wuboat Group, Wuhan ship Machinery, Double Gear Company, 779, 712, 717 in accordance with the professional composition of the design and manufacturing, and after the acceptance by the owner of the factory, the installation and commissioning are concentrated on the site.

This "black technology" system is numerous, the function is complex, most of the equipment type and operation mode for the first time in China, its technical difficulty, manufacturing difficulty, installation difficulty and scale are the world's most ship lift, similar ship lift in the world has not been built and put into production precedent, design, manufacturing, installation, operation and other construction process is full of exploration and challenge.

On September 18, 2016, the Three Gorges ship lift officially entered the trial navigation stage. Now, this big country has become one of the landmarks of the Three Gorges Dam.

The second stop: 7100 - "Five in one", science and technology first

The second stop of the media group came to the 710th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Group, visited the scientific research building, the application industry exhibition hall, and the exhibition hall and product demonstration hall of the company's subordinate ship Safety Spectrum, and deeply felt the scientific and technological heritage of the ship research Institute.

7100 Institute is a comprehensive research institute that integrates top-level research, overall design, system integration, final assembly and construction, and service guarantee. It is committed to the equipment development and technological innovation in the military industry such as underwater attack and defense, surface electronic countermeasures, and chemical defense, and actively develops application industries such as smart ocean, intelligent equipment, information industry, and magnetic industry. The institute is based in Yichang, distributed in Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Qingdao, Sanya and other places, and strives to create "three centers and two bases", and gradually builds up the Beijing Demonstration Center, Wuhan Innovation center, and Yichang Engineering Center, forming a professional, systematic and information-based scientific research network.
