Improve the convenient and smooth road network. Strengthen the integrated energy development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region adhere to complementary advantages and mutual benefit, strengthen the construction of regional energy facilities, accelerate the integrated and coordinated development of mechanisms, standards and factor markets, promote the low-carbon transformation of the regional energy structure, and enhance the level of green energy development in the region.
