Focusing on all aspects of the innovative development of hydropower generation, formulate policies such as financial discount interest, investment subsidies and tax incentives according to local conditions in the early stage of project development, and incorporate them into the scope of green finance support to reduce project financial costs; For pumped storage projects that do not fundamentally change the hydrological characteristics of rivers, simplified approval procedures will be implemented to reduce the period of administrative approval. We will rationalize the capacity pricing mechanism of pumped storage units and the pricing mechanism of pumped power generation to ensure reasonable value return.
