Cube67 uses a system bus cable to simultaneously transmit data and power, reducing installation space and time by half. The bus node supports PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and can connect up to 32 modules. Cube67+Enhanced supports IO Link Master, with up to 128 IO Link ports and Machine Option Management functionality. The diagnostic gateway can quickly locate faults through Ethernet TCP/IP. The I/O module includes:
Digital input: DI16 (8 × M12), DI8 (4 × M12 or 8 × M8), optional PNP/NPN.
Multi functional DIO: Each channel can be parameterized as an input, diagnostic input, or output, with an output current of 0.5 A/1.6 A.
Analog input/output: voltage/current/thermistor/thermocouple, 15 bits+symbol, accuracy ± 0.5%.
Safe output: DO6/DO6 (6 × M12, K3), can be turned off by an external safety relay and can reach PL d.
Functional modules: Counter (300 kHz), RS232/485 communication (MOVIMOT) ®)、 IO Link Master (4-port, Class A+B)。

4.2 Cube20- IP20 Control Cabinet I/O
Cube20 adopts DIN rail installation, with high channel density. Bus nodes (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP) come with 8 digital inputs and can expand up to 15 modules. I/O modules include DI32, DO32, DIO16, AI4 (voltage/current/thermistor/thermocouple), AO4, etc. The interface module (BN-67 DIO8) with Cube67 can use Cube20 as a subsystem of Cube67.
4.3 Cube20S - Ultra Thin High Speed I/O
The width is only 12.9 mm, and each bus node can carry up to 64 modules with a response time as low as 20 µ s. Supports PROFIBUS、PROFINET、EtherNet/IP、EtherCAT、CANopen、Modbus TCP。 The security modules (FDI4/2, FDO4/2) can achieve PL e and SIL 3. SOLID67 is a new generation compact I/O module with a width of 30mm or 60mm, IP67 protection, operating temperature of -20~+70 ° C, and impact resistance of 15G/50G. Supports multiple protocols (PROFINET IRT and EtherNet/IP DLR can automatically switch). The IOL8 model offers 8 IO Link Master ports, including 4 Class B ports (with auxiliary power supply, maximum 2A/port), which can simultaneously connect smart sensors and actuators. All ports can be individually parameterized as inputs or outputs. Integrating a web server facilitates diagnosis.
4.6 Impact67- Economical Distributed I/O
The Impact67 series is designed for basic applications and offers versions such as PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen, and DeviceNet. Basic diagnosis is indicated by LED, and extended diagnosis (such as DIO16 IRT) supports channel level shutdown. IO Link models (DIO14 IOL2, DIO12 IOL4) can connect to smart devices. The output current can reach 2 A.
4.7 IO Link devices
IO Link Analog Converter: M12 interface, connects standard analog sensors (0/4-20 mA, 0-10 V, -10~+10 V) to the IO Link main station, 16 bit data, accuracy of 0.1%, IP65/67。
IO Link Hub: Convert 8 digital signals (DI8 or DI8/DO8) into IO Link communication, providing rich diagnostic information.
IO Link Inductive Coupling: Non contact transmission of energy and bidirectional IO Link data, with a gap of 0-7 mm, suitable for rotating workbenches or frequent plugging and unplugging occasions.
4.8 MASI - AS Interface System
The MASI series covers AS Interface solutions from IP00 to IP68:
MASI control cabinet: The gateway supports PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, CC Link, EtherCAT, with a maximum of 62 slave stations for a single master station and 124 slave stations for a dual master station. The I/O modules (MASI00, MASI20) have IDC or spring terminals, and some have safety outputs (K3, up to PL d). The power supply is a 30.5 V DC dedicated switching power supply.
MASI on-site installation: MASI65 (valve plug), MASI67 (M8/M12), MASI68 (M8/M12, IP68) and other modules can be directly installed on site.
