The LCA320.0 is programmed using LAUER LogicBuilder (version 2.0 or higher). The software supports Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text (ST). The user creates a project, defines variables, and writes the logic. The program is downloaded via the RS‑232 port using a standard null‑modem cable. LogicBuilder includes an online monitor that displays the real‑time status of inputs, outputs, and internal variables. For easy commissioning, the software has a “quick start” wizard that configures the basic I/O and communication settings.
Snap the controller onto the DIN rail. Connect the 24 V power supply to the top terminal block (two‑pin) – observe polarity. Wire the digital inputs to the screw terminals (use 0.5‑1.0 mm² wires).
