The PCS950 runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux, allowing it to host large-scale SCADA applications like WinCC, Ignition, or custom software. It includes built-in OPC UA server/client, MQTT, and SQL database connectivity. The panel supports dual independent displays (via HDMI and DP). The PCIe slot can accommodate fieldbus cards (Profibus, EtherCAT, Powerlink) or wireless modules (Wi-Fi 6, 5G).
The unit includes a hardware watchdog, temperature and voltage monitoring, and remote power management. It also features a TPM 2.0 module for security. The touchscreen supports glove and wet-finger operation. The SSD ensures fast boot and data integrity. Data logging capacity is virtually unlimited with external storage.
Configuration and development can be done with any standard tool, including Lauer Configurator Pro, Visual Studio, or Codesys. The panel also supports remote desktop, VNC, and web-based dashboards.
Mount the panel securely using the VESA mount or panel clamps. Ensure proper grounding. Use a separate power filter if needed. Connect all communication cables with strain relief. For the PCIe module, install before power-up. Provide at least 100 mm clearance behind for ventilation.
This panel operates in standard industrial environments with temperatures up to 50 °C. With optional wide-temperature version, it can handle -20 to 60 °C. Vibration: 1 g (10–150 Hz), shock: 15 g (11 ms). Backlight life: 60,000 hours.
Ideal for power generation, oil and gas, chemical plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and large-scale packaging lines. Also used in data centers and infrastructure monitoring.
CE, UL, cUL, and ATEX (Zone 2) certified. Meets EN 61000-6-2, EN 61000-6-4, and EN 62368-1. RoHS and REACH compliant.
Variants with different processors (Core i3, i7), memory sizes, and storage. Options for sunlight-readable display, extended temperature, and various fieldbus modules. Custom configurations are available.
