The main function of the brake unit

Braking action voltage can be adjusted;

Brake resistance working overtime protection:

Heat sink overheating protection;

Module abnormal alarm indication;

Fault display and fault relay output indication:

Brake resistance overheating automatically disconnect and relay alarm output indication.

The connection between the brake unit and the frequency converter, the brake unit and the brake resistor should be within 5 meters, if more than 5 meters, please use twisted pair. The maximum service length is 10 meters.

Communication component

1. Communication cables

1) Communication cables for the operation panel

Model :TDC-CB0015(1.5m)

TDC - CB0030 (3.0 m)

It is used to connect the operation panel to the main drive.

2) Remote control box communication cable

Two specifications are available:

Model :FRC21W1(3.0m)

FRC21W2(30m)

It is used to connect the remote control box and the frequency converter.

2. Remote control box

Model :TDO-RC02

With the same structure as the inverter operation panel, easy to install and fix, but also easy to handheld use, the operation display style is similar to the operation panel.

Cover plate removal and installation

EV2000 series universal inverter has two types of cover plate, plastic cover plate and sheet metal cover plate. Please follow the following steps to install and remove the model.

1. Removal and installation of plastic cover plate

1) Removal of plastic cover plate:

① Remove the operation panel;

② Remove the bottom two screws;

③ Lift the bottom of the cover plate 5 to 10 degrees, and move up more than 10mm until the installation claw on the cover plate exits from the hook in the box, that is, the operation panel can be removed.

2) Installation of plastic cover plate:

① Tilt the cover plate 5-10 degrees;

② Insert the top mounting claw into the hook mouth at the top of the box;

(3) Align the mounting screw holes at the bottom and install the screws;

④ Install the operation panel.

Tip:

The removal and installation of the plastic cover plate cannot be pulled out in parallel; otherwise, the upper mounting claw will be damaged.

2. Remove and install the sheet metal cover plate

1) Removal of sheet metal cover plate:

① Remove the operation panel;

② Remove all screws from the cover plate;

③ Remove the cover plate in parallel.

2) Installation of sheet metal cover plate:

① Align the cover plate with the outer frame of the box and install the screws;

② Good operation panel.
