Strengthen the guarantee of chemical fertilizer production factors, improve the concentration of production and the capacity utilization rate of key enterprises, and ensure the stable supply of chemical fertilizers. Protect the exploitation of fluorite resources and encourage the exploitation and utilization of associated fluorine resources.
