October 19-20, the 27th China International Chemical Fiber Conference (Siyang 2021), Siyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. The chemical fiber industry leads the value increase of the industrial chain

At present, the evolution of the epidemic remains a key variable affecting the global economy. Li Ruoyu said that the global economy is maintaining the momentum of recovery, in the first half of 2021, the global economy continued to divide the recovery process, among the major economies, the United States, China and other economies recovered faster, while Europe, Japan, India and other countries were affected by the continuous epidemic, and the economic recovery was bumpy. In the second half of 2021, the momentum of global economic recovery weakened, and with the repeated epidemic in Europe and the United States in the third quarter, the economic recovery process of developed economies slowed down. Based on the analysis of the past two years, it is expected that the global economy will gradually return to normal low-speed recovery in 2022. She also said that in the first half of 2021, China's economy continued to recover stably, production demand continued to pick up, and internal power gradually increased, but since the third quarter, the downward pressure on the economy has increased; The intermittent occurrence of regular epidemic prevention and control, the rapid rise in the prices of energy, raw materials and bulk commodities, and the increasing pressure of dual control of energy consumption make short-term economic pressure inevitable. In dealing with downward pressure, there is still much room for macroeconomic policies to stabilize the economic fundamentals, and strengthening cross-cycle macroeconomic regulation in a timely manner will help keep the economy operating within a reasonable range.

Under this background, China's chemical fiber industry is facing a new development environment.

Gao Yong pointed out at the meeting that as the most important raw material in the textile industry, chemical fiber not only meets the needs of the development of the textile industry in terms of volume, but also is an important driving force for the science and technology, fashion and green development of the textile industry. Around the textile industry, "strengthen the strategic support ability of scientific and technological innovation, build a high-quality textile manufacturing system, smooth domestic demand for the strategic basis of the industrial cycle, enhance the level and level of international development, promote industry fashion development and brand building, promote social responsibility construction and sustainable development, optimize the domestic layout to improve the coordination of development, build a safe development system of the textile industry. The key task is that the chemical fiber industry will build a solid foundation of the textile industry from the raw material side, lead the value of the textile industry chain, and take the initiative in the high-end development of new fiber materials, intelligent digital development, green and low-carbon transformation development. In particular, after China makes a solemn commitment to the world of "carbon peak, carbon neutrality", green and low-carbon development will be elevated to an unprecedented height, and it will also be reflected in the policy system and industrial regulation, and enterprises should make timely adjustments to incorporate green and low-carbon development into the strategic system, production system, innovation system and value system of enterprises, in order to win the future initiative.
