Cutler Hammer, a subsidiary of Eaton's electrical business ® The MVX9000 sensor vector variable frequency drive is an AC speed control device based on a 32-bit microprocessor and IGBT technology, designed specifically for precise speed control of three-phase induction motors. This series of drivers covers a power range from 0.25HP to 10HP and supports multiple voltage levels such as 115V, 230V, 460V, and 575V, meeting the needs of industrial automation, HVAC, water pumps, fans, and other applications.
MVX9000 adopts sensorless vector control technology, which can achieve high starting torque and excellent low-speed performance without the need for an encoder. Its compact structure, simple installation method, and rich standard configuration make it an ideal choice for occasions with strict requirements for installation space.

1. Sensor vector control
MVX9000 adopts advanced sensor vector control algorithm, combined with automatic tuning function, which can achieve:

1. Detachable numeric keypad
The MVX9000 comes standard with a detachable keyboard with a 4-character LED display, providing the following functions:
Status display: frequency, current, user-defined parameters
Diagnostic information: Last 3 fault records and causes
LED indicator lights: 7 status LEDs (run/stop, forward/reverse, Hz, A, etc.)
Operation keys: start/stop, speed control (digital or potentiometer), reset, programming keys
2. Programming and Debugging
The keyboard layout is clear, the parameter grouping is reasonable, and it supports online modification and storage. Users can complete all parameter settings through the keyboard without the need for additional software.
3. Remote operation options
Remote keyboard kit (MVXRMM) can be selected to achieve cabinet door installation and facilitate on-site operation.
