battery
Built in RTC backup battery maintenance free
Expected lifespan of 10 years in a 25 ℃ power outage environment
8.3 Troubleshooting
Possible causes and solutions for the fault phenomenon
The device does not start and there is no 24V power supply. Check the power wiring and turn on the power supply
Display screen black, backlight off, turn on backlight through software
Touch unresponsive or incorrect response function, poor grounding inspection function, grounding connection
Touch not calibrated, execute calibration procedure
Touch disabled Enable touch function
Special requirements for marine certification
For applications that require DNV GL certification, the following additional conditions must be met:
9.1 Installation Requirements
Complete and correct installation and debugging according to the manual
Shielded cables are required for communication cables
PE connection of communication cables helps improve EMC performance
9.2 Requirements for power filter
To meet EMC B-level requirements, interference suppression filters must be installed in the 24V power supply line:
XT-FIL-1: Suitable for currents of 2.2A and below (Eaton order number 285316)
XT-FIL-2: Suitable for currents of 12A and below (Eaton order number 118980)
The filter must be well grounded and can be directly installed on a grounded metal plate through an integrated contact surface, or grounded through a separate PE connection wire.
9.3 Position Category
EMC Class B: The power interface requires the installation of a filter
EMC Class A: No additional installation required
Packaging, transportation, and disposal
10.1 Open box inspection
Check the packaging for any transportation damage
Check the integrity of accessories against the packing list:
XV-303/XV-313 host
MSTB 2.5/3-ST-5.08 power connector
Installation Manual (IL048022ZU or IL048023ZU)
Install clamps and fastening screws (quantity varies according to model)
10.2 Transportation and Storage
Always use the original packaging for transportation
Avoid exceeding the specified temperature and humidity range
Avoid strong vibrations and mechanical impacts
10.3 Environmental Protection Disposal
Equipment shall not be disposed of as ordinary household waste
Lithium batteries require professional recycling and disposal
Packaging materials can be recycled and reused
