The motion proposes that the goal of peaking carbon neutrality has put forward new tasks and new requirements for the rapid development of renewable energy, and some contents of the renewable energy law can no longer meet the actual needs of the sustained and rapid development of renewable energy. We will promote solutions to the outstanding problems encountered in the development of renewable energy electricity consumption protection measures are not perfect, grid construction and renewable energy development is not synchronized, and land policy coordination is insufficient.

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration proposed that renewable energy has entered a new stage of rapid development, and the comprehensive absorption capacity has become the main factor restricting its sustained and rapid growth, revising the renewable energy law, further rationalizing the renewable energy consumption mechanism, strengthening the overall planning of power grid construction, improving the renewable energy land policy, etc. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of renewable energy and optimize the energy structure.
