To strengthen the theoretical research and technological research and development in the restoration of ecological functions of mines, and improve the level of science and technology, it is necessary to establish a special laboratory of mine restoration engineering combining production, learning, research and application, and establish the research and development and promotion of key technologies in small, pilot and large-scale practice.
