Mechanical installation

3.1 Installation Preparation

Before installation, be sure to remove the red "BATTERY Protection" protective strip on the back of the panel.

The panel design is used for installation on the front panel of the control cabinet, and the installation opening size must strictly follow the drawings provided in this guide (tolerance ± 0.5mm).

The installation environment should avoid direct sunlight, corrosive chemicals, and ensure good ventilation.

3.2 Physical dimensions

The external dimensions and opening sizes of different models vary greatly. The following are some typical models' dimensions (unit: mm):

BKDC-46: 275 × 220 × 80, opening 262 × 206

CP10G-04: 141 × 176 × 76, opening 128 × 163 (Type A: 71/75)

ETOP05: 187 × 147 × 71 (Type A: 83/95)

ETOP33C: 287 × 232 × 95, opening 276 × 221

ETOP50C: 392 × 307 × 104, opening 376 × 287

(Note: The value of A varies depending on the suffix: the suffix A6/A7/45 is a smaller value, and the suffix 50 is a larger value.). )

Please refer to Figures 5 to 19 in the guide for detailed dimension drawings, all dimensions are in millimeters.

3.3 Installation steps

Drilling: Drill holes on the cabinet according to the drawing size to ensure smooth edges.

Install sealing strip: Provide rectangular or two linear sealing strips according to the model. The rectangular sealing strip should be laid around the opening to avoid stretching; The fine strip in the linear sealing strip is laid around the opening, and the thick strip is laid behind the panel frame, with no overlap at both ends.

Fixed panel: Insert the four mounting brackets into the slots on the side of the panel (located near the corners of the long side), tighten the fixing screws until the frame contacts the cabinet panel.

Check protection: Ensure that the sealing strip is compressed evenly, the front panel is tightly attached to the cabinet, and meets IP65 protection.

3.4 Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean the front panel with a soft cloth dipped in neutral soapy water, and do not use solvents.

If using an SSFDC memory card, keep your golden fingers clean to avoid oil contamination; When cleaning, use a soft dry cloth and avoid synthetic fiber cloth to prevent static damage. Store in an anti-static protective box when not in use.

Electrical connection

4.1 Power Supply and Grounding

Power terminal block: The panel comes with a pluggable terminal, labeled as "POWER".

Power requirement: 24 VDC, with a capacity that meets the maximum power consumption of the panel (see technical data sheet).

Grounding:

Terminal 3 (GND) must be connected to the ground.

The back of the panel is equipped with grounding screws or Faston terminals (marked with yellow labels), which also need to be connected to the ground.

All electronic devices of the control system should be well grounded to suppress electromagnetic interference.

The power circuit can adopt floating or grounding methods. If floating ground is used, the power common terminal inside the panel has been connected to the ground through a 1 M Ω resistor and a 4.7 nF capacitor in parallel.
