Description

Main functions and features

1. Hot-swap rectifier module adopts non-damage hot-swap technology, and its output and input have soft start units. When the module is inserted into the system, the output voltage of the system will not be disturbed. It takes less than one minute to replace a module.

2. Digital current equalization rectifier module adopts advanced digital current equalization technology, no monitoring module is required, the flow can be automatically equalized between modules, and the imbalance of the current is less than 1.5A.

3. Input power limit control rectifier module adopts advanced power limit control method according to the change of input voltage and output voltage. The transfer point is at 176V. When the input voltage is 176Vac ~ 290Vac, the module can output the maximum power; When the input voltage is 85Vac ~ 176Vac, it ensures the maximum load requirement and the reliable operation of the module at low input voltage.

4. When the input voltage is 176Vac ~ 290Vac, the maximum output power of the module is 3000W. When the load continues to increase, the output voltage will drop, when the output voltage is 48 ~ 58V, the output power is constant, the maximum is 3000W, that is, when the output voltage is 58V, the maximum output current is 50A; When the output voltage is 48, the maximum output current is 60.5A. When the output voltage is lower than 48V, the module adopts constant current mode and the output current is 60.5A.

5. Temperature limit power Below 45 ° C, the module can output 3000W at full power; 55℃ ambient temperature, the maximum output power of the module is 2380W; At an ambient temperature of 60℃, the maximum output power of the module is 1500W; At the ambient temperature of 65 ° C, the maximum output power of the module is zero.

6. Output current limiting point adjustment The current limiting point of the rectifier module can be adjusted continuously through the external monitoring module. The adjustment range is 0A to 60A, and the adjustment accuracy is ±1.5A.

Seven. Output voltage adjustment The output voltage of the rectifier module can be adjusted continuously through the external monitoring module. The adjustment range is 42V to 58V, and the adjustment accuracy is ±0.1V.

8. Fan control You can set the fan speed of the rectifier module to Full speed or Speed Regulation by using the monitoring module. If Speed Regulation is set, the module automatically adjusts the fan speed of the rectifier module based on the temperature. Set the fan to Full speed. The fan runs at its maximum speed. When AC overvoltage or undervoltage occurs, the fan stops running.

9. Fault and protection

1) Input over/Under voltage protection When the input voltage is less than 80Vac or greater than 295Vac, the protection indicator (yellow) is on, and the module stops working without output. When the input voltage is restored to the range of 95 ~ 295Vac, the rectifier module automatically recovers to normal operation. When a protection event occurs, the module reports the event to the monitoring module.

2) Output overvoltage protection The rectifier module has output overvoltage hardware protection and output overvoltage software protection. The hardware overvoltage protection point is between 59.5V and 60V. After hardware overvoltage protection, manual intervention is required to start the rectifier module. The software protection point can be set using the monitoring module. The value ranges from 56 to 59V, which must be 0.5V higher than the output voltage. The factory default value is 59V.

Software overvoltage protection mode can be selected by background maintenance software:

A. Primary overvoltage lock mode When software overvoltage occurs in the rectifier module, the rectifier module shuts down and maintains, requiring manual intervention to recover;

B. Secondary overvoltage lock mode When the output of the rectifier module reaches the software protection point and the output current is greater than 5A, the rectifier module shuts down and restarts 5 seconds later. If the second overvoltage occurs within the set time (the default is 5 minutes, which can be set by the monitoring module), the rectifier module shuts down and maintains, requiring manual intervention before starting. When the output of the rectifier module reaches the software protection point, but the output current is less than 5A, the rectifier module does not shut down. Manual intervention method: The rectifier module can be reset through the monitoring module, or it can be restored by removing the rectifier module from the power system. When an overvoltage fault occurs, the module reports a fault signal to the monitoring module for corresponding handling.

3) Overtemperature protection When the internal temperature of the module exceeds 85 ° C due to blocked air inlet, high ambient temperature, or fan fault, the output power of the module is reduced to 50% of the rated value. When the temperature inside the module reaches 90 ° C, the protection indicator (yellow) on the panel of the module is on, and the module stops working and has no output. After the abnormal conditions are cleared and the internal temperature of the module returns to normal, the module automatically returns to work. The overtemperature alarm is cleared. When overtemperature protection occurs, the module reports an alarm signal to the monitoring module for corresponding handling

4) PFC output over/Under voltage protection When the bus voltage inside the module exceeds the over/under voltage protection point, the module automatically shuts down for protection without output, and the protection indicator (yellow) on the panel of the module is on. When the PFC input overvoltage and undervoltage protection occurs, the module reports an alarm signal to the monitoring module for corresponding handling. 5) Fan Fault protection When the fan is faulty, the module generates a fan fault alarm, the fault indicator on the panel of the module blinks red, and the module shuts down without voltage output. After the fault is rectified, it automatically recovers to normal operation. When a fault event occurs, the module reports an alarm signal to the monitoring module for corresponding handling.

6) Short-circuit protection rectifier module adopts constant current protection mode, in the case of output short-circuit, the output current of the module remains constant, current ≤65A, effectively protect itself and external equipment; When the short circuit fault disappears, the module automatically recovers.

7) Output current imbalance When multiple rectifier modules are used in parallel in the system, the module with large current sharing error can automatically identify and light the protection indicator light (yellow light) on the panel of the module; If the output current of the module is seriously unbalanced, the module whose current equalization error is greater than 10A and the module has no output can automatically identify and light the fault indicator (red light) on the panel of the module. After the fault is rectified, it automatically recovers to normal operation. When a fault event occurs, the module reports an alarm signal to the monitoring module for corresponding handling.

8) Background communication interruption When the communication is interrupted, the protection indicator (yellow) of the module panel blinks. After the communication is restored, the protection indicator (yellow) on the panel of the module is restored. When the communication between modules is normal, the module automatically recovers. In order to protect the battery, when the module communication fails, the output voltage of the module changes to 53.5V (different voltages can be preset according to actual needs). 9) Module address conflict If the internal addresses of multiple rectifier modules on the power system are the same, the rectifier modules will generate an address conflict alarm, and the fault indicator (red) on the module panel will turn on. The rectifier module must be replaced.

10. The rectifier module has a built-in advanced digital signal processor DSP, which monitors and controls the operation of the whole module, and communicates with the external monitoring module through the CAN bus.

The details include:

1) You can control the on/off of the rectifier module through the monitoring module and set the output current slow start function and overvoltage protection reset mode of the module.

2) The output voltage, overvoltage point, output slow start time and current limiting point of the rectifier module can be adjusted through the monitoring module.

3) Send input voltage, output voltage, output current, current limiting point, temperature, overvoltage point to the monitoring module;

4) Send the on/off status to the monitoring module, and report the input protection, internal PFC over/under voltage protection, over temperature protection, over voltage off fault, fan fault, temperature power limit, input power limit, current imbalance, module address conflict and other fault information and technical parameters
