Description

The Net Sure731 system can be configured in four main ways:

1. Single AC input, no user AC output circuit breaker;

2. Single AC input, user AC output circuit breaker;

3. Dual AC input, manual switching;

4. Dual AC input, automatic switching (maximum configuration); In addition, in general, in the DC distribution unit of the power system, the load branch and the battery protection branch are connected by short-circuit bars, and the system does not have the load power-off function. If the system needs to provide the load power-off function, you need to select a load power-off unit instead of a short-circuit bar. The internal structure of the power system is based on the strongest configuration, and other configurations only remove certain components. In maximum configuration.

Net Sure731 48V600A intelligent high frequency switching power supply system is suitable for base stations, small and medium capacity exchanges, satellite communications, data communications and other power grid fluctuation range is very wide occasions. Net Sure731 48V600A Intelligent High Frequency Switching Power system is easy to operate, install and maintain. The AC input and output cables and DC input and output cables can enter and exit freely from the top or bottom of the cabinet.

Its main features are:

 rectifier module using active power factor compensation technology, power factor value of 0.99.

 The AC input voltage has a wide normal operating range. For the system without automatic switching, the AC input voltage can be 85~290V. For the system with automatic switching, the voltage range can be 125~285V.

 Rectifier module Ultra-low radiation. With advanced electromagnetic compatibility design, the rectifier module can meet the requirements of CE, NEBS, YD/T983 and other domestic and foreign standards. The conduction and radiation of the rectifier module can meet the requirements of Class B.  Rectifier module safety design in line with UL, CE, NEBS standards.

 The module has high power density.

 The rectifier module uses the non-damaging hot swap technology. The replacement time is less than 1 minute.

 The rectifier module has output overvoltage hardware protection and output overvoltage software protection. There are two options for software overvoltage protection: primary overvoltage locking mode and secondary overvoltage locking mode.

 Perfect battery management. It has the function of battery low voltage protection and load power-off (optional), which can realize temperature compensation, automatic voltage regulation, stepless current limiting, battery capacity calculation, online battery test and other functions.

 Up to 200 historical alarm records can be recorded. Up to 10 groups of battery test data can be recorded.

 Network design, provides RS232, Modem, dry contact and other communication interfaces, flexible networking, can realize remote monitoring, unattended.

 Perfect lightning protection design for AC and DC side.  Complete fault protection and fault alarm

 The power system cabinet can be installed against a wall and operated and maintained on the front of the cabinet.

 is equipped with an optional cabinet cover and air filter.

The working principle of the system is that the mains enters the rectifier module through the AC distribution branch, and the -48V DC rectified by each rectifier module enters the DC distribution through the tandem connection, and is provided to the communication equipment in multiple channels. Under normal circumstances, the system runs in parallel floating charging state, that is, the rectifier module, load, and battery work in parallel. The rectifier module not only supplies power to the communication equipment, but also provides floating charging flow for the battery. When the mains power is off, the rectifier module stops working, and the battery supplies power to the communication device to maintain the normal operation of the communication device. After the mains is restored, the rectifier module supplies power to the communication device and charges the battery to replenish the consumed power. The monitoring module uses centralized monitoring to manage AC power distribution and DC power distribution, and receives the operating information of the rectifier module through CAN communication and controls it accordingly. The monitoring module can also be connected to the local computer through RS232, and can be connected to the monitoring center through the Modem or other transmission resources (such as the official channel, etc.) to realize the centralized monitoring network of the power system.

The main function of the system

Net Sure731 48V600A Intelligent High frequency Switching Power Supply system has the following main functions:

 Excellent lightning protection design

 AC input overvoltage protection

 Load power-off and Battery Low Voltage protection (LLVD+BLVD)

 Fault alarm and protection

 Provides multi-channel and multi-specification DC output

 monitoring and four remote function

Ac input overvoltage protection

The Net Sure731 48V600A system has complete input overvoltage protection. For systems without automatic switching, the overvoltage protection is referred to the Overvoltage protection of the rectifier module in Chapter 2. For the automatic switching system with AC contactor, when the AC voltage reaches a certain set overvoltage point, the AC contactor will be automatically disconnected and the AC will be automatically cut off to protect the rectifier module and subsequent user AC equipment. When the AC input voltage returns to normal, the AC contactor can automatically close, and the rectifier module and other user AC equipment can automatically return to normal work.

Load power-off and battery low voltage protection

When the AC power is off and the rectifier module has no DC output, the battery starts to discharge. Set when voltage drops to undervoltage

When the fixed point is 45.0V (adjustable), the system will issue sound and light alarm. When the battery voltage continues to drop below the load

When the electric operating point is 44.0V (adjustable), the load power off contactor is disconnected and connected to the load power off branch

General communication loads (such as local switches) will be cut off from the power supply, and critical loads (such as transmission devices)

Standby) power supply can thus be extended. As the battery discharge process continues, if the battery discharge to termination

Voltage battery protection action point 43.2V (adjustable), the battery protection contactor will be disconnected, the battery discharge process will be terminated, and the power supply of all communication loads will be suspended, so as to avoid battery damage due to overdischarge. When an AC call comes in and the rectifier module outputs a normal DC voltage, the load is powered off and the battery contactor automatically closes, and the system returns to normal operation.

Functions such as load power-off and battery low voltage protection can be manually controlled.

Fault alarm and protection

Net Sure731 48V600A power supply system with complete fault warning and protection. The monitoring module can collect system data in real time, and detect the status of load output fuse, battery fuse, and II/C level surge protection device. You can flexibly set alarm levels for system faults, such as AC input overvoltage or undervoltage, DC output overvoltage or undervoltage, and module faults. You can also flexibly configure alarm types indicated by alarm dry nodes.
