The Net Sure731 system can be configured in four main ways:

1. Single AC input, no user AC output circuit breaker;

2. Single AC input, user AC output circuit breaker;

3. Dual AC input, manual switching;

4.  The rectifier module has output overvoltage hardware protection and output overvoltage software protection. There are two options for software overvoltage protection: primary overvoltage locking mode and secondary overvoltage locking mode.

 Perfect battery management. It has the function of battery low voltage protection and load power-off (optional), which can realize temperature compensation, automatic voltage regulation, stepless current limiting, battery capacity calculation, online battery test and other functions.

 Up to 200 historical alarm records can be recorded. Up to 10 groups of battery test data can be recorded.

 Network design, provides RS232, Modem, dry contact and other communication interfaces, flexible networking, can realize remote monitoring, unattended.

The working principle of the system is that the mains enters the rectifier module through the AC distribution branch, and the -48V DC rectified by each rectifier module enters the DC distribution through the tandem connection, and is provided to the communication equipment in multiple channels. Under normal circumstances, the system runs in parallel floating charging state, that is, the rectifier module, load, and battery work in parallel. The rectifier module not only supplies power to the communication equipment, but also provides floating charging flow for the battery. When the mains power is off, the rectifier module stops working, and the battery supplies power to the communication device to maintain the normal operation of the communication device. After the mains is restored, the rectifier module supplies power to the communication device and charges the battery to replenish the consumed power. The monitoring module uses centralized monitoring to manage AC power distribution and DC power distribution, and receives the operating information of the rectifier module through CAN communication and controls it accordingly. The monitoring module can also be connected to the local computer through RS232, and can be connected to the monitoring center through the Modem or other transmission resources (such as the official channel, etc.) to realize the centralized monitoring network of the power system.

Ac input overvoltage protection

The Net Sure731 48V600A system has complete input overvoltage protection. For systems without automatic switching, the overvoltage protection is referred to the Overvoltage protection of the rectifier module in Chapter 2. For the automatic switching system with AC contactor, when the AC voltage reaches a certain set overvoltage point, the AC contactor will be automatically disconnected and the AC will be automatically cut off to protect the rectifier module and subsequent user AC equipment. When the AC input voltage returns to normal, the AC contactor can automatically close, and the rectifier module and other user AC equipment can automatically return to normal work.


Load power-off and battery low voltage protection

When the AC power is off and the rectifier module has no DC output, the battery starts to discharge. Set when voltage drops to undervoltage

The monitoring module can collect system data in real time, and detect the status of load output fuse, battery fuse, and II/C level surge protection device. You can flexibly set alarm levels for system faults, such as AC input overvoltage or undervoltage, DC output overvoltage or undervoltage, and module faults.
