-Insulation performance: The insulation resistance between the coil and the contact is ≥ 100M Ω (500V DC), the electrical strength is AC 2500V/1min (between the coil and the contact), and there is no breakdown or flashover phenomenon, effectively ensuring electrical safety.

2. Wide temperature range adaptability: The working environment temperature range is -40 ℃~+85 ℃, and the storage temperature range is -55 ℃~+125 ℃. It can work stably under extreme weather conditions such as high and low temperatures, and is suitable for outdoor power equipment and control systems in high-altitude and severe cold areas.

3. Improved safety protection mechanism: Built in coil freewheeling diode (some models), effectively suppressing the reverse electromotive force generated when the coil is powered off, and protecting semiconductor components in the control circuit; The contacts have overload protection characteristics, and when the load current exceeds the rated value, the risk of fault expansion can be reduced through fuse or arc extinguishing design.

4. Excellent installation and compatibility: Supports various installation methods such as PCB board insertion and rail installation, standardized pin layout, compatible with mainstream industrial controllers (PLC, DCS, etc.) and wiring terminals, easy installation, and low replacement cost.

Selection and usage precautions

When selecting, it is necessary to clarify the control voltage type (AC/DC), rated voltage value, number of contact groups, and load type (resistive/inductive/capacitive). For inductive loads, a margin of 2-3 times the rated current should be reserved to avoid contact erosion;
