What's it like working in a chemical plant?

F: | Au:佚名 | DA:2023-11-24 | 276 Br: | 🔊 点击朗读正文 ❚❚ | Share:

After graduation, he entered a chemical plant and began to cook frogs in warm water for six years.

1, why say warm water boiling frogs, because because the benefits are good, wages are guaranteed, reluctant to give up those wages, can only endure.

2, what is bad, one safety problem, two health problems, three future problems, four problems with social disconnection.

3, safety issues, just say an accident, that I happened to have a bunker 100 meters away, if within 15 meters, I happened to pass by or go inside, he hehe, fortunately, there were no casualties in the accident.

4, health problems, all kinds of chemicals in the factory, intermediate products, by-products, finished products, are harmful to health. In particular, some of the gases produced will be evident during the start-stop phase. Why don't you go home from work? 50 kilometers from the city, shift staff can not go home every day, there are many factories for home. The other three shifts are not good for the body and mind.

5, the future of the problem, this industry ranking, pay attention to the relationship. The factory was put into production in 2008, and I only entered the factory in 10 years, and there was no hard relationship, so there was no future. You can refer to the following, my factory in 2006 undergraduate without exception are the director, 07 undergraduate without exception are the host or core technician, 08 undergraduate without exception are management, 09 undergraduate after all are workers. Salaries are 10,000 to 16,000 to over 10,000, 7,000 to 9,000, 4,000 to 6,000. Of course, workers are not eligible to have any title, with a minimum of 9,000 titles.

7, out of society, the factory is a typical industrial age model of small society, all your social communication is in the factory, you have to smile to the leader, to be careful to get along with colleagues, because you do not see the head. Because of the focus on this small society, real social contact will be rare, especially in unfamiliar cities with little tolerance. However, a person's opportunities can only appear after contact with the society, which is a vicious circle. Therefore, I suggest that the subject engage in the chemical industry after full research, do not be desperate, and ask yourself more about whether you are ready to leave the information age and return to the industrial age, whether you are ready to exchange your health for money, whether you are ready to endure the unfair treatment in the political career, whether you are ready to be separated from your family and friends, whether you are ready to no matter how hard you try, As long as you don't leave, there's no hope. The most terrible thing about people is that they can see themselves 10 years later. As an ordinary person, I have no big skills, engaged in several positions in the chemical plant, including more positions with the outside world, and finally returned to the more pay 3 shifts, when a small monitor, such as enough money not to chew the old, I will escape this pot of warm water, sooner rather than later.

Cons:

1. All the shortcomings of irregular shift work and rest have, the body function of the rapid decline, the old quickly, the girls are very unfriendly, the face and body acne, endocrine disorders.

2. Danger (1) Need to contact with many dangerous gases and substances, diffuse around the taste as if in a "wonderland", the taste is not very good. (2) Said good smoking, but many people turn a blind eye, said good banned mobile phones, few explosion-proof mobile phones at the scene, no accident, no one does not take safety seriously, do not operate according to the rules of the map to save trouble in many people. (3) Boys climb high and low jobs, face all kinds of leakage, and the risk factor is high. (Security and temporary maintenance personnel must also protect themselves, be sure to do the necessary inspection work in accordance with the regulations, and be responsible for their own lives) (4) Accidents often occur, the leader is on pins and needles, and the truth of the accident report is please judge by yourself.

3. The circle is getting smaller and the hours are not consistent with the 9 to 5.

Development: Rank promotion in the factory: intern - operator - external deputy operator - external master operator - internal deputy operator - internal master operator - monitor, those with strong ability will be promoted to engineer (engineers and meters do not shift, engineers walk around the site every day, the rest of the people still have to shift, most of the identity is a worker, or in the chemical plant......) College students, graduate students and doctoral students come to the factory, state-owned enterprises are basically the first year of internship, if there is no fixed post, the same shift first, future development depends on the individual. There are very few management, there are on-duty leaders every day, they need to be present when transferring shifts, each shift needs to go to the cabinet to check several times, and they must be clear about all aspects of the on-duty leaders, who must come up from the grassroots, and the level of work arrangements can be seen. Good leaders are admirable.
