It contains multiple Auxiliary boards that are soldered into the motherboard.

Functional Description
IS200PICHG1A is an Phase Interface Control Board developed by GE. It is a part of the Drive Control control system. The Phase Interface Control board consists of three sub-assembly boards- the Temperature Feedback Board, VCO Feedback Transmitter board, and IGBT Gate Driver Board.
Overvoltage Trip Signals
It generates several overvoltage trip signals. One such signal acts as a logical overvoltage comparator, monitoring each half of the available DC buses.
Additionally, it controls undervoltage signals through a PICH board. The model includes a hardware jumper to reduce the overvoltage trip point.
Sub-Assembly Boards
TFBH (IGBT Temperature Feedback Board): Provides two thermistor temperature feedback channels for monitoring IGBT cold-plate temperatures.
VCXH (Feedback Transmitter Boards): Four boards monitor DC capacitor bus voltages, phase currents, and phase-to-neutral voltages. One board monitors phase currents, one phase-to-neutral voltages, and the remaining two monitor DC capacitor bus voltages.
IGDH (IGBT Gate Driver Boards): Eight boards provide the necessary circuitry to interface an IGBT module to control logic.

Logic Ground Planes
