The headquarters of a mining enterprise shall strengthen the supervision and inspection of its subordinate enterprises, and the principal person in charge shall regularly go to the production site to supervise and inspect the work of production safety, and it is strictly forbidden to issue production plans or business targets with super capacity. Promote the scoring system for mine managers' work safety assessment.

The headquarters of the central enterprises involved in mining and large and medium-sized enterprises involved in mining shall be equipped with safety directors.
