Precise and efficient drive performance

Stable voltage range: The drive is suitable for three-phase input voltages from 380 to 480 VAC and operates over this wide voltage range. Whether in industrial areas with fluctuating grid voltages or where power supply standards vary from region to region, the ACS150-03E-01A2-4 ensures stable motor operation and reduces equipment failures and production interruptions due to unstable voltages. In older industrial plants, where the grid infrastructure is weak and voltage fluctuations are frequent, the drive can effectively counteract this problem and ensure that production equipment continues to run.


Adaptation of motor power and efficient operation: It can accurately match the motor power of 0.37KW, which shows the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving when driving the motor operation. Through advanced frequency conversion technology, ACS150-03E-01A2-4 can dynamically adjust the output frequency and voltage according to the actual load condition of the motor, realising soft start and soft stop of the motor. In material handling systems, motors often generate large inrush currents when starting and stopping, which not only consumes power but also causes damage to the equipment. The driver can make the motor start smoothly, avoid current impact, reduce energy consumption, and prolong the service life of the motor and conveying equipment.


Rich and Practical Functional Features

Built-in EMC filter: There are a lot of electromagnetic interference sources in the industrial environment, such as electromagnetic radiation generated by motors, frequency converters, welding machines and other equipment, and these interferences may affect the normal operation of the drive and other equipment. ACS150 - 03E - 01A2 - 4 built-in EMC filter, without additional space, parts, time or cost, can effectively suppress the impact of external electromagnetic interference on itself, while reducing its own electromagnetic interference on external equipment. It also reduces the amount of electromagnetic interference it causes to external equipment. In electronics manufacturing plants, where electromagnetic environments are critical, the drive's built-in EMC filter ensures that electromagnetic interference will not cause data transmission errors or equipment malfunction when working with other sophisticated electronic equipment.


Pluggable storage unit and parameter configuration: It is equipped with a pluggable storage unit in which all software and parameter configurations can be stored for easy replacement and installation. This design makes it possible to quickly complete parameter settings and software updates by simply plugging and unplugging the memory unit during equipment maintenance, upgrading or mass production, which greatly improves work efficiency. In the debugging process of production line equipment, technicians can preset the parameter configurations of different equipment in the storage unit in advance, and then directly insert them during on-site installation, which can quickly complete the debugging of the equipment and shorten the time for the equipment to go online.


Multiple control modes and programming functions: The drive supports a variety of control modes, such as sensorless vector control, which can achieve precise control of motor speed and torque to meet the diverse needs of different industrial applications for motor operation. At the same time, it is also equipped with sequential programming function and logic programming as standard, which reduces the requirement of external PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). In some small automated production lines, the drive's own programming function can be used to achieve the control of motor operation logic, simplifying the control system architecture and reducing costs.
