Core performance advantages

1. Efficient heat dissipation to ensure equipment stability

The fan adopts an optimized aerodynamic blade design, and the blade curvature is precisely calculated to generate greater air volume and pressure at the same speed. It can quickly remove the heat generated by internal components of the equipment and control the equipment temperature within a safe threshold. Especially for high-power heating equipment such as frequency converters and servo drives, it can effectively avoid performance degradation and shutdown faults caused by high temperatures.

2. Industrial grade durability, suitable for harsh environments

The fan casing is made of high-strength engineering plastic, which has excellent impact resistance and aging resistance; The internal motor adopts high-temperature resistant bearings and a sealed structure design, with a protection level of IP54, which can effectively isolate dust, oil, and splashing water in industrial sites. Even in humid and dusty workshop environments, it can operate stably for a long time, greatly reducing equipment maintenance costs.

3. Low noise and energy-saving, improving user experience

By optimizing the motor winding process and fan blade dynamic balance design, the noise level during fan operation is controlled below 55dB (measured at a distance of 1 meter), effectively improving the working environment of industrial workshops. At the same time, the use of high-efficiency energy-saving motors reduces rated current and power consumption while ensuring strong heat dissipation performance, which meets the development needs of energy conservation and consumption reduction in industrial equipment.

4. Standardized design, easy installation

The fan adopts the 140 series standardized installation hole position, which is compatible with the industry's common installation bracket and fixing method. It can directly replace other brands of fans of the same size without the need to modify the equipment installation structure. The terminal adopts standardized terminal design, with clear identification and simple and fast wiring operation, which improves the efficiency of equipment assembly and maintenance.

4、 Applicable scenarios

-Industrial automation equipment: forced cooling of equipment such as frequency converters, PLC control cabinets, servo systems, human-machine interfaces (HMI), etc.

-Temperature control of power electronic equipment such as UPS uninterruptible power supply, rectifier, inverter, charging station, etc.

-Mechanical equipment: electrical cabinet heat dissipation for large mechanical equipment such as CNC machine tools, injection molding machines, printing machines, etc.

-Communication and data equipment: auxiliary heat dissipation for communication base station cabinets and small server cabinets in data centers.

-Other scenarios: Industrial enclosures that require forced ventilation and heat dissipation, medical equipment (such as small diagnostic instruments), etc.

Installation and maintenance precautions

1. Installation specifications

-Before installation, it is necessary to confirm that the rated voltage of the fan is consistent with the power supply voltage of the equipment to avoid motor burnout caused by voltage mismatch.

-The installation position should ensure that the air inlet and outlet are unobstructed, ensuring smooth air circulation and improving heat dissipation efficiency.

-Use matching screws to fix the fan, ensuring a secure installation and avoiding noise or looseness caused by vibration during operation.

-When wiring, it is necessary to distinguish between live wire and neutral wire (if there is a ground wire terminal, it must be reliably grounded) to avoid reverse connection or short circuit.

2. Daily maintenance

-Regularly (recommended every 3-6 months) clean the dust on the surface of the fan and the air inlet, using compressed air or a soft bristled brush to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the air flow.

-Check the operation status of the fan. If there are abnormal noises, speed drops, or stops running, the fan should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner and replaced if necessary.

-Avoid running the fan in an environment beyond the rated temperature range for a long time to extend its service life.

-During maintenance, it is necessary to first cut off the power supply of the equipment to ensure safe operation.
