Working Principle
In INFI-Net network, NTCF22 firstly receives the optical signals from the optical fibre network, and converts the optical signals into electrical signals through the internal optoelectronic converter module, and then processes the electrical signals, such as filtering, amplifying, shaping, etc., in order to improve the signal quality. The processed electrical signals are transmitted to the control system or field devices. On the contrary, when it is necessary to transmit the electrical signal to the optical fibre network, NTCF22 first receives the electrical signal from the control system or field equipment, processes it, and then converts the electrical signal to optical signal through the internal electro-optical converter module, and finally sends the optical signal to the optical fibre network for transmission.
