1. Customized cable body: Balancing low loss and strong shielding

The core cable of the component adopts multi stranded oxygen free copper conductors, with wire diameters optimized to 0.6mm (signal core) and 1.0mm (power core) according to the transmission signal type, which not only improves the tensile strength of the cable, but also reduces high-frequency signal transmission losses by reducing skin effect. The insulation layer is made of high temperature resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material, with a temperature resistance level of 125 ℃.
