Performance characteristics

1. High compatibility and flexible expansion

Multi controller adaptation: Through standardized bus interfaces, it can seamlessly interface with multiple ABB main controllers such as ABB PFXA401SF controller and AC500 series PLC, without the need for additional driver development. It is plug and play, reducing the difficulty of system integration; Simultaneously supporting compatibility with some third-party controllers (requiring protocol adaptation) to enhance module versatility.

Flexible channel configuration: The analog input channel supports single ended/differential mode switching and can be flexibly adjusted according to the type of on-site signal (such as single ended voltage signal, differential current signal); The input/output signal type and range can be configured through the programming software of the main controller (such as 4-20mA and 0-10V switching), without changing the hardware, to adapt to different sensor and actuator requirements.

Multi module cascading: Supports up to 8 SPBLK01 modules cascading with 1 main controller, achieving data synchronization transmission through the back bus. It can be expanded to 64 analog inputs and 32 analog outputs, meeting the signal processing needs of large industrial control systems. When expanding the system, there is no need to replace the main controller, reducing upgrade costs.

2. High precision and anti-interference ability

Accurate signal acquisition: The analog input channel adopts a 16 bit Δ - ∑ ADC converter, combined with digital filtering algorithm and temperature compensation circuit, effectively reducing the impact of environmental temperature changes on acquisition accuracy. Even in the wide temperature range of -25 ℃~+70 ℃, the measurement error can still be controlled within ± 0.1% FS, ensuring accurate monitoring of key process parameters such as pressure and temperature.

Enhanced isolation design: Optoelectronic isolation is used between the input channel and the bus, as well as between the output channel and the bus, with an isolation voltage of ≥ 2500V AC to avoid electrical interference between the main controller and field devices; At the same time, the internal PCB board of the module adopts analog signal and digital signal partition wiring, and grounding copper foil reinforcement design to further suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) and reduce noise pollution during signal transmission.

Stable output control: The analog output channel adopts a 16 bit DAC converter, combined with power amplification circuit and output protection circuit, with high linearity of the output signal and fluctuation range of ≤± 0.1% FS. It can stably drive actuators such as regulating valves and frequency converters, ensuring the accuracy of actuator action and improving the control stability of the production process.

3. Convenient operation and security protection

Status monitoring and diagnosis: The module is equipped with LED status indicator lights at the front end, including power indicator light (PWR), communication indicator light (COM), and various input/output channel status lights (such as input signal normal light, output fault light), which can intuitively judge the module's power supply, communication, and channel working status; Support reading module fault information (such as input open circuit, output short circuit) through the main controller, with fault location accuracy reaching a single channel, making it easy to quickly troubleshoot problems.

Convenient installation and wiring: Installed on a 35mm standard DIN rail, the installation process is simple and fast, without the need for additional drilling for fixation; The terminal block adopts Phoenix terminal design, supporting 0.5-2.5mm ² wire connection, with clear terminal identification (such as AI1-AI8 indicating input channel, AO1-AO4 indicating output channel). After wiring is completed, the terminal can be protected by a dust cover to prevent dust accumulation and poor contact.

Security protection mechanism: The output channel has open circuit and short circuit protection functions. When the load is abnormal, the internal protection circuit quickly cuts off the output to avoid burning out the internal components of the module; The module casing is made of flame-retardant material (compliant with UL 94 V-0 standard), which has fire-resistant properties and enhances the safety of equipment operation; Supports overvoltage protection (automatic current limiting when bus voltage exceeds 30V DC) to prevent module damage caused by abnormal power supply.

4. Low power consumption and long lifespan

Energy saving design: adopting low-power components and optimized circuit design, the module's own power consumption is ≤ 3W, reducing independent power consumption through bus power supply mode, and lowering the energy consumption of the entire control system; At the same time, the module has low heat generation during operation and does not require additional cooling devices, making it suitable for dense installation environments inside control cabinets.

High reliability components: Industrial grade products are selected for core chips, capacitors, resistors, and other components, which have the characteristics of wide temperature range, high surge resistance, and long service life. After 1000 hours of high-temperature aging testing and 100000 switch action tests, the mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥ 200000 hours, and they can operate stably in industrial sites for a long time, reducing equipment replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
