ABB EHDB280 Drive contactors
ABB EHDB280 Drive contactors
Product Overview
The EHDB280 is a high-performance drive contactor from ABB for a wide range of application scenarios in industrial automation. It is known for its excellent electrical performance, mechanical durability and high reliability, and is an indispensable component in the drive system.
Technical features and specifications
Electrical Performance:
Supports the predetermined communication rate in the standard specification, and at the same time, it has the rate adaptive function to ensure that it can work stably under various communication rates.
Provides 6 dual-colour LED status indicators, which are used to visually display the working status and fault information of the contactor.
Equipped with power failure relay output warning function, when the power supply failure, the relay will output warning signal.
Mechanical durability and protection:
Adopting industrial grade design and certified by EMC test to ensure reliable working in all kinds of harsh environments.
With IP30 protection level, it adopts wave pattern aluminium reinforced enclosure to provide effective protection against dust and splash.
Supports standard industrial 35mm rail mounting for easy installation and maintenance.
Power supply and protection:
Provides DC9-36V wide redundant dual power inputs to ensure reliable operation during power fluctuations or failures.
With DC1500V power isolation and reverse connection protection, effectively preventing power failure damage to the contactor.
Communication and Interface:
The data electrical interface adopts a 9-pin Sub_D jack connector, and the pin definition conforms to the protocol specification of Profibus DP.
Support Profibus DP bus standard, communication rate up to 12MBit/s, to meet the high-speed communication needs.
