High precision measurement: With high measurement accuracy and resolution, it can accurately display the numerical values of physical quantities.
Multiple output modes: Provides rich control and communication output modes to meet the connection and control needs of different devices.
Clear Display: Dual high brightness LED digital display, combined with dual light column display, provides clear and intuitive data display.
Alarm function: Multiple alarm modes can be set, such as relay upper and lower limit alarm output, with an alarm accuracy of ± 1 word, which can promptly remind abnormal situations.
Convenient parameter setting: numerical settings can be made through touch sensitive buttons on the panel, and the parameter settings can be password locked and permanently saved after power failure.
working principle
The digital indicator controller receives input signals from external sensors. If it is an analog signal, it is converted into a digital signal through an internal analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and then processed through filtering, amplification, calibration, etc. to eliminate noise and errors. The processed digital signal is transmitted to the display unit for display, and can be controlled for output according to the set parameters. It can be linked with other control systems to achieve monitoring and control of physical quantities.
Precautions
Installation environment: It should be installed in a place with an ambient temperature of 0-50 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85% RH, and avoid strong corrosive gases.
Wiring operation: When wiring, the power supply should be disconnected first to ensure safety and avoid operations such as wiring, inspection, and component replacement while powered on.
Electrostatic protection: The electronic components inside the equipment are sensitive to static electricity, and anti-static measures should be taken during operation to prevent damage to the circuit board.
Parameter setting: Non professionals are not allowed to modify internal parameters arbitrarily to avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Application scenarios
Industrial process control: used in industries such as chemical, power, and petroleum to monitor and display key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow in real-time.
Mechanical equipment monitoring: In the field of mechanical manufacturing, the speed, displacement, and other numerical values of mechanical equipment can be monitored to ensure process stability and accuracy.
Experimental testing: Used in various testing instruments in the laboratory to facilitate quick reading and recording of experimental data by experimenters.
Measurement and weighing: In the logistics and warehousing industry, it is used for digital scales, flow meters and other equipment to achieve automatic measurement and statistics.
