DS200RTBAG5AHC | General Electric Relay Terminal Board
Product Description P/N: DS200RTBAG5AHCDescription / Specifications DescriptionThe DS200RTBAG5AHC is a Relay Terminal Board. It is designed for use in industrial control systems and features multiple relay contacts and terminal connections for interfacing with other components. The board provides relay control and terminal functionality as part of a broader system integration.Technical SpecificationsCondition New / Never Used SurplusPart # DS200RTBAG5ACategory DrivesSubcategory Drive BoardWeight 1.00 lbsManufacturer GE General ElectricSeries Mark VFunctional Description Relay Terminal BoardFunctional Acronym RTBAPCB Coating Normal CoatingFunctional Revision 1 AFunctional Revision 2 HArtwork Revision CInformation About DS200RTBAG5AHCThe DS200RTBAG5AHC is designed for integration into the drive cabinet and operates as an optional board within the Mark V Series system.
It is equipped with ten relays, labeled K20 through K29. These relays are categorized into two types: DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) relays, which include H20 through K26, and 4PDT (Four Pole Double Throw) relays for the remaining units. Each relay on the DS200RTBAG5AHC features an integrated LED indicator that illuminates when the relay is energized, allowing for straightforward operational status monitoring. In the event of a relay failure, individual relays can be replaced without replacing the entire board. The board is outfitted with one 16-pin connector and one 2-pin connector. Wiring connections to these terminals are secured with screws. To connect or disconnect wires, use a screwdriver to loosen the screws for removal and tighten them for installation. It is crucial to ensure that screws are not completely loosened to avoid the risk of them falling into the drive.
The DS200RTBAG5AHC also includes clips that secure plug-compatible circuits. To remove or install these circuits, press down on the clip to disengage or engage the connector.Manufacturer informationGeneral Electric (GE) is a multinational conglomerate founded in 1892, based in the United States. Output Functions
The IO module is capable of converting the output signals generated by a computer system or control system into the form required by an external device. These output signals are typically used to control actuators such as motors, valves, lights, etc. By sending appropriate output signals to external devices, the system enables control and operation of the external environment.
Data Acquisition and Processing
The IO module is capable of acquiring data from external devices and transferring it to a computer system or control system for further processing. This enables the system to acquire environmental data, status information and user inputs in real time and make appropriate decisions or perform specific tasks based on these data.
Communication Interfaces
IO modules are usually equipped with different types of communication interfaces, such as serial interfaces (RS232, RS485), Ethernet interfaces, CAN bus interfaces, and so on. These interfaces enable IO modules to exchange data and communicate efficiently with computer systems or other external devices.
