The board is part of the Mark IV Turbine Line from Speedtronic. The DS3800HRCA is a processing daughter board featuring a long female power connector, two clips, and two tiny screws for easy connection. 

One amber LED and four red LEDs are on this PCB. There are five Jumper prongs and two covers on the board. These allow the operator to control the flow of energy. Five yellow capacitors, sixteen resistors three blue diodes, two silver diodes, one black diode, and nineteen diodes make up the board. There are thirty-three EPROM (electronic programmable read-only memory) chips that can be updated and reprogrammed. Four EEPROMs are non-updateable memory chips. EPROMs and EEPROMs are very similar in appearance and can only be distinguished by a little circle on the top. 

It's a programmable EPROM if there's a circle. Additional EPROMs or EEPROMs can be added to the board in two spots. With silver attachment dots, one is labeled "SPARE." The other is a black platform with connection ports that is vacant. With the silkscreen on the circuit boards, the component has every piece clearly labeled with numbers and letters. Every item on the board is also outlined by the silkscreen.
