GE DS3800HRTA CIRCUIT BOARD
GE DS3800HRTA CIRCUIT BOARD
Part Number DS3800HRTA Manufacturer General Electric Country of Manufacture As Per GE Manufacturing Policy Series Mark VI/VIe Function Module Availability In StockDS3800HRTA is a Pulse Rate Input Card manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark IV Series used in GE Speedtronic Gas Turbine Control Systems. A Pulse Rate Input Card is an electronic device used in various applications to measure and monitor the pulse rate of individuals. It is commonly employed in medical settings, fitness equipment, and wearable devices.
The card typically features a sensor, such as a photoplethysmograph (PPG) sensor or a heart rate monitor, which detects changes in blood volume within the blood vessels. This sensor works by emitting and detecting light, usually in the red or infrared spectrum, through the skin. When blood flows through the vessels, it absorbs the light differently, and the sensor can analyze these variations to calculate the pulse rate. The Pulse Rate Input Card may also include additional circuitry and components, like amplifiers and filters, to process the signal and ensure accurate and reliable readings.
The processed data is then sent to the main system or microcontroller for further analysis and display. FEATURES: Pulse Rate Measurement: The primary function of the card is to measure the pulse rate of the user. It uses a sensor, such as a PPG sensor or heart rate monitor, to detect changes in blood volume and calculate the heart rate in beats per minute (BPM). Real-Time Monitoring: Pulse Rate Input Cards provide real-time monitoring, allowing users to see their pulse rate instantaneously during exercise or any other activity. Accuracy Enhancements: Advanced signal processing techniques, including amplifiers and filters, are incorporated to improve the accuracy and reliability of pulse rate measurements.
Compatibility: Many Pulse Rate Input Cards are designed to be compatible with a wide range of devices and systems, enabling seamless integration into various applications and equipment. User-Friendly Interface: The devices typically have user-friendly interfaces with intuitive controls and clear displays for easy operation.
ABOUT THE DS3800HRTA
The DS3800HRTA is a circuit board created by GE (General Electric) for their Mark IV (Speedtronic) line. The DS3800HRTA are thirty-six EPROM and EEPROMs. These integrated circuits hold the all the programming for the DS3800HRTA. The EEPROMs come pre-programmed. The EPROMs can be updated through a tiny circular port on the top of each device (these circles are also how to tell the EPROM and EEPROMs apart). There are eight black diodes, thirteen clear diodes, two teal diodes and two sky blue diodes. Diodes allow energy to flow in only one direction.
There are sixteen sets of Jumper ports. The Jumper ports include covers that may be placed or not used at all, this helps the worker control which way the energy flows through the circuit board. The DS3800HRTA has five black capacitors and two yellow capacitors. Capacitors stores any potential energy across the board in an electrical field. The DS3800HRTA has a single crystal oscillator, which appears like a silver square, which is used in making precise frequencies. There are four small red LEDs. The LEDs will light up as an electrical current flows through them. The DS3800HRTA has two male ports and a female port. These ports allow the DS3800HRTA to be connected to other circuit boards. There is four contact point to secure the DS3800HRTA in place. The components are all labeled accordingly with an alphanumeric code. There are twenty resistors on this circuit board. Every resistor is striped with different colors as a way to figure out its energy capacity.
